The Westin Resort & Spa, Puerto Vallarta

Just returned after about our 20th visit here. Staff is truly amazing from Hugo, the front desk manager to Adrianna, a true gem who is most remarkable and looks after your every need for the pergolas. Okimy and Efrain are also terrific in managing the pergolas and service. In the restaurant, Juan is truly the best and is surrounded by the greatest team with Israel, Roberto, Marco, Antonio and Angel. Can't say enough good things about this entire staff.

We had a great time at the Westin despite all the construction. The highlight of the trip as far as the resort goes was Angel our server at the pool. He was very attentive and kept our drinks and our plates full.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff is what makes this property exceptional—especially Gaby and Antonio at the pool. Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but the team here made everything feel effortless. They remembered our names and made us feel genuinely welcomed each day. Gaby, in particular, embodies the true spirit of hospitality and is an absolute gem. A few notes about the hotel: it is currently undergoing a remodel, so some facilities, including one of the large restaurants, were temporarily closed. It can also be a bit loud during the day due to construction. If you’re requesting a room, I’d recommend choosing one of the northernmost rooms on a higher floor for a quieter experience.

Angel n Gaby in recreation were phenomenal went above to keep us comfortable n my girl loved her at the kids club. Efrain was also phenomenal always attentive n kept us comfortable with what we needed. Pedro in the front was also extraordinary so loving amd helpful. The yoga instructor was also so sweet n friendly n my girl loved her. Our last 2 days we had a different server Angel he was horrible not attentive or approachable he should be in maintenance away from serving people.

Thank you so much for Efrain , gaby, angel , Pedro and Lino for being so attentive and welcoming with our time here. The rooms were always so clean and tidy . Everything was top tier with these workers never any complaints with them here at Westin hotel .

Such a relaxing delight. Staff were so kind and helpful. Resort is a gem. Breakfast on the beach, listening to the waves crash, beautiful buffet. We all loved the green juice. Great workout facilities. Loved the taco shop on site. Kids were very happy. I feel truly relaxed and cared for.

Great hospitality all around. Gabby near the pool is the best— she’s so kind and helpful. Fabian is also really helpful at the front desk. Top tier service.
