Hayfield Manor is not simply a hotel , it is an experience in perfection. From the moment we arrived and were met by Noel , every single detail was executed with effortless excellence. The rooms are nothing short of spectacular: luxurious, elegant, immaculately maintained, and designed with a level of comfort that makes leaving them genuinely difficult. Our raised Dias in 321 felt like a throne room ! The dining experience deserves its own standing ovation. The food was sublim, beautifully presented, flawlessly prepared, and bursting with flavour. Every dish was so exceptional that I genuinely wanted to lick the plate clean. Fine dining at its absolute best. Bravo to the chefs. What truly elevates Hayfield Manor into a league of its own, however, is the people. The service was flawless throughout our stay. Rigon and Cian delivered warm, attentive hospitality that felt both genuine and intuitive. Noel on the door welcomed us with such professionalism and charm that every arrival and departure felt special. And then there is Gerhardt the epitome of a five-star manager. His presence, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction are remarkable. He leads by example and embodies everything luxury hospitality should be. The magic of Hayfield Manor lies in the countless tiny details that most places overlook but which this team perfects. Nothing is too much trouble, nothing is left to chance, and every interaction reflects a culture of excellence. A truly world-class hotel. Perfection in every sense of the word. We cannot wait to return.

The staff was top notch, always there full of energy and enthusiasm. Willing to help and make great suggestions on what to see and do. Liam was amazing, making us feel very comfortable and welcome;)

My husband and I spent one night at Hayfield Manor and it was absolutely perfect. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely Irish - from check-in to late-night tea. The room was stunning: spotless, elegant, and so peaceful we forget we’re 10 mins from Cork city. Waking up to the grounds and that famous view... unreal. As a pastry chef here at Hayfield Manor, I’m biased about the food - but even I was impressed staying as a guest. A huge thanks to the 'breakfast team', everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and was so perfect. Special thanks to Chef Mark and Marko for the care and passion they bring every day. It really shows in the quality. My husband, who’s just here for the stay, said it was the best hotel experience we’ve had. If you want luxury without the stuffiness, this is it. Being my first visit to Cork, i didn’t know what to expect. Actually, I made a mistake with my booking and arrived the day before the date of the booking. However, I was accommodated without any problem. That set off a great feeling about the hotel.
