We really enjoyed our first brief stay at Hayfield Manor. The bedroom was restful with lovely bathroom, the restaurant and bar comfortable and the pool area quiet and calm. Everyone was so warm and helpful, we are looking forward to coming back soon.

We stayed two nights at the Hayfield Manor as the second leg of an Irish vacation. It was a wonderful experience top to bottom. The hotel and its grounds are beautiful. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and elegant. We had a suite with a beautiful sitting area, but not multi-room. It was still easy to navigate for two middle-aged people. The bathroom was the same, with lots of space and a large shower. The towels were plush. The entire setting was quite comfortable. The room was quiet. It did come with an old-school key. That is charming in some respects, but not always the easiest to carry. Unfortunately, Bloom was closed while we were visiting. We ate at Perrotts Garden Bistro for dinner one night and it was a positive experience. The food was good and well-plated. Service was excellent, and both the wine and whiskey lists made for plentiful choices. Breakfast was included in our package. It was a delicious way to start the day. At all meals, there were good and safe gluten free options. I had no problems with my allergy. The lobby always had a piano player active whenever we were in the common area no matter the time of day. It was not too loud and actually was one of our favorite things about the hotel. The music was everything from American standards to 80s covers (no vocals). On our last night, we got drinks at the bar and sat in a secluded sitting area in the lobby to listen to the piano and discuss our day. We also spotted and then visited a beautiful cat (Jellybean) outside who lives nearby and visits the hotel often. The best part about this hotel is the staff. They are amazing and a true credit to whoever designed their training and implemented it! Honestly, the level of service was impeccable from the moment we arrived to when we stepped into a car to depart. Ten out of ten, no notes. The location of the hotel makes for a short cab ride into the heart of town, but it is a bit of a walk if you want to do it on foot. And some of the return would be uphill. We would definitely stay at the Hayfield again and would recommend it to anyone.

Clean, comfortable and very good staff interaction

For the cost of rooms, it was disappointing to arrive and NOT have one of the two rooms available for check-in. Staff were apologetic however, training might have lessened the concerns with subsequently knowing that the second room was actually ready and available. Nothing was done to alleviate or make good the situation with some sort of compliment of reward for patience and disruption.

Elegant interior and exceptional service. The food choices were elevated Irish fare with creative combinations and presentations. Delicious.

There was champagne with breakfast - what a nice surprise. We were met with a drink as well as people to help with bags and parking. Superb. As for the golf in the room - yes really - a small golf game- what a giggle.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding treatment — highly recommended! I had a treatment with Laura Sullivan at The Hayfield Manor recently, and she was simply outstanding from start to finish. Laura is so polite, welcoming, and instantly puts you at ease. She is incredibly informative — she explained everything clearly, listened carefully to what I needed, and gave great advice along the way. Her massage skills are excellent: she has a wonderful technique, works with just the right pressure, and clearly knows exactly what she is doing. She is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. It was one of the best treatments I’ve ever had, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I would not hesitate to book with Laura again, and I can highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-quality experience. A real credit to the team at Hayfield Manor!
