"Excellent service"

We visited Hayfield Manor for the first time in early June. The location was perfect. The hotel was really nicely presented and spotless in terms of hygiene. Our room was very comfortable. My wife would have loved to bring the bed home with us!!!!!!. The meals we had were faultless. However, what impressed us most of all were the service we got from the team at Hayfield. In particular Jouillette in the bar, Orlaith in the restaurant and Mark in the main bar - they were all professional but very friendly at the same time. All the staff reflect a real team spirit and clearly love their jobs. We hadn't experienced this since covid both in and out of Ireland.

"Five star relaxing experience with delicious food and excellent service"

Great five star hotel in close proximity to city centre. No request is any trouble. Great helpful friendly staff. Beautiful big room, loved the pool area. Nice gardens and cocktail bar with two lovely singers/musicians. Lovely piano player and most of all excellent food. Dinner and breakfast were top notch. Put single bed in for daughter. Would return.

My friend and I enjoyed wonderful spa treatments. Yvonne and Karen were our therapists. They asked questions in advance and listened to ensure they applied the treatments to match our asks and needs. Really professional and wonderful. Relaxation room afterwards was so nice too. We then enjoyed a yummy lunch in the bar area where the food, staff and atmosphere was top class. Sometimes one goes to a place with high expectations and can leave slightly disappointed, but not here… Hayfield is top class and lives up to its name and reputation. We loved every second of it!!! 💐

"A Must"

From start to finish it was a wonderful experience, from pre-dinner drinks in the garden to the regular excellent cuisine in the restaurant and as usual the team in every section of the hotel have to be commended for their professionalism and charm, we met some great staff along the way who in a world where easy communication and regular chat is non existent it was great. With 4 kids at home and break aways seldom, hats off to all in Hayfield for a memorable stay,

"Superb"

From the first greeting at the door to the very end everything was 5 star. Food amazing, staff fantastic and for the quality of food served the 3 course meal and the choice on the menu … really good value . We will definitely return and i would highly recommend
