Booked a room for 3. There was no extra bedding for the short hide a bed sofa. Front desk staff is off duty at 7PM. (She was very pleasant when I checked in)So no bedding. As filthy as the carpet was we were scared to even open the very short sofa bed. Our 40 year old son curled up on it with our bedspread and a pillow from our bed. The socket for the air conditioner was duct taped to the wall. Given that this was not a $50 special for the night I was very disappointed. No one was on duty when we left at 9AM.

Most of the lights did not turn on, door was priped open when we got to the room, cleaning supplies left in room, walls had holes in them, bathroom door had a fist hole in it and there was limited towels, toilet paper and no tissues, no garbage can to be found and much more issues

Did not like anything about this hotel. Any website you go on is false advertising for the hotel. They do not have breakfast, do not habe a pool, the room was remodeled and have vynil plank flooring which madde the room echo and it kind of felt closterphobic

The graffiti in the elevator was slightly unsettling

No communication stating check in by 7pm. Room was visibly dirty (carpet, sink). Room was 81 degrees when we arrived and took HOURS to cool down. No breakfast or even coffee onsite anywhere. Broken non functional lamp, clock and TV only played netflix or youtube. Ripped curtain, cracked sink. No ice bucket, hall stunk of weed all evening, vending machine didnt work. No help avail. I left a message on arrival--- no call back. Not recommended! $$$ high price for 2 so-so beds and thats it. I want my money back.

Employee not welcoming - smoking outside the front door answering the calls that came in while we stood around waiting to be checked in.

I'm going down to small claims court this property owes me a refund it was the worst experience in my entire life and if I had the authority to shut them down I will shut the whole property building down

I do not recommend a stay here. There are hotels a short drive away. Make the drive. This is a transitional housing site (bravo to that) and is not kept to even basic standards of cleanliness - though the lobby seemed clean and we saw a staffer wiping surfaces regularly. The room was dirty. Dried food stuck to carpet and surfaces. Desk and counters were sticky. Sheets were clean but bedspread felt dirty. A/C was spotty. A note from desk clerk says it is on a motion sensor and to unplug / plug back in to reset. Thatdid not seem to work. It turned on for a few minutes every half hour or so. No batteries in remotes so we had no idea if the TV worked. Be aware, front desk has limited hours. Loud conversations / arguments at all hours. Rooms, hallways, elevator, grounds all smell of smoke - cigarette and occasional marijuana. We were here for an athletic event and were not rested from our stay here. Transitional housing rooms should not also be rented to hotel guests. Teammates requested room with 2 beds and got 1. Other teammates' room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had plastic bag wrapped over the smoke detector. One room had no curtains. The water was out one morning of our 3-day stay. Very disappointed. We support efforts to help people get back on their feet, and it's likely some people are not respectful of the property, but conditions are not good for anyone here.

This is an extended stay location. I verified my reservation 2 days before travel with the hotel and they said everything was in order. When I arrived they did not give me the room I reserved saying those rooms only go to guests that have extended stays. I had a Standard suite king bed with sofa and received a queen, no sofa, and a much smaller room. They said I could have my money back, but I had no place to go. There were no drapes to cover the entire window. There is no maid service and we ran out of toilet paper on the second day. There is no person at the front desk on the weekend and I didn't find that out until Saturday morning. The kitchenettes did not have any dishes but that was not listed. The trash built up in the room to the point it became unsanitary. They make you sign a two page contract of things you can't do, but the extended guests do not seem to abide by the same rules. They had dogs even though there were no dogs allowed. They did say if you wanted clean towels, you could bring your dirty ones down to the lobby between certain hours. These hours were in the middle of the day and I was not in the room at that time. Each night there were people yelling and swearing in the hallways and I was not comfortable in the room. The yelling would start around midnight and sometimes go to 3:00 in the morning. I would never recommend this location to anyone and will never stay there again.
