When we first check into our 2 queen bed room, we had to leave to meet up with friends for dinner. When we left my daughter tried the door and was able to open the door without a key. Room was not secure. Was moved to a room with one king size bed and a pull out couch. We were told that this was the only room they had left. Came back to room after dinner to go to bed. Found a bug in our bed. Stains on the comforter as well as makeup foundation. Went down to desk and showed the video of the bug crawling on the bed. They were going to move us again. I immediately said no. I told them I have already been in two rooms and have had problems with both rooms. Still waiting on the refund.

No coffee maker in our room. Plus no breakfast serve.

Our stay has been great so far 😊. The staff are very friendly and it's quiet. Off the main road but it's not bad for noise. Our room is right on the main street side and it's not noisy.. We're staying untill the first of the year ☺️

No ADA accessible doors, very dirty, they gave me a room that already had people in it which i found out upon entering my room. Pretty sure there was prostitution going on as a regular service at this hotel. I left and they didnt question my asking to leave even after i had fully signed in and signed the agreement.

I LIKE IT WHEN YOU GET THERE YOU THING THAT IT IS A BAD PLACE TO STAY BUT WHEN YOU GET INSIDE THE PROPERTY IT IS VERY CLEAN THE BEDROOM VERY NICE BIG AND CLEAN ALMOST LIKE A SUITE MICROWAVE AND BIG REFRIGERATOR

Room needs updating. Furniture in bad shape. Doors, furniture,light fixtures, Pictures on the wall scoffed up. Ackward to no directions to operating two remotes to turn tv on. At minimum they could have a small coffee pot.

Woken up by screaming in nearby rooms, and dogs barking in halls is okay, it seems.

There was not enough parking for guests. The bed comforter had stains on it. The layout of the furniture in the room was horrible. The bed was put in a corner and accsess to one side of the bed was blocked. The elevator was is bad shape with graffiti all over it and dirty. At check in we were greeted with a guest with 2 very very large pitbulls that growled at any noise. The owner had to speak to them a few times to stop. The hotel appeared to be used as a transitional housing. It was a non smoking hotel but yet all hallways smelled of weed. Police were there one night. The desk attendants were at the desk sporadically. The outlets in the room would not hold a plug, and the lights flickered or turned off on their own. Possible electrically issues. They had signs up stating their was inspections going on and to have rooms cleared off messes. We chose this place as it was close to the Renaissance fair but we will never stay there again. The description that was given on hotels.com did not mention that it was a place used to house possible homeless people. I think it's good they are using the resources but guests have the right to know, to make choices on their needs and preferences. Do not recommend this hotel.

Air condition sucked. Way to much activity in parking lot all night. Would not stay agian.

Townsquare place is a great hotel if you’re just looking for a place to stay not an extravagant experience but for the prices it’s a solid choice it was only about 7 minutes to the renaissance festival. We had an issue it was fixed immediately the staff member who was there after hours was extremely nice and very professional. I don’t understand why there’s so many bad reviews for this place it doesn’t deserve its current rating I think it’s a solid 4/5.
