Seul bémol c’est le parking. Quel galère pour entrer et sortir.

Terrible stay at this hotel. I arrived to find nobody at reception and had to make noise to get attention. Then when I got to my room I found that the room was totally dark even though the curtains were open. I found the outside covered in scaffolding and sheeting so not only was there no light coming in there was also no way to open window as it was sealed up. Noise in the morning terrible from the works. Was told I could not change room. Probably the worst hotel experience I have had. Like staying in a dirty basement with no air or light.

This hotel - and especially it's staff is absolutely superb. It met all requirements. Bike storage in the -2 garage with plenty of room to put the bike together before the ride and packing afterwards. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with great choices. Above all - the people at this hotel make you feel right at home and are willing to go out of their way to help/assist/encourage you. Great personalities and professionalism.

One of the smallest hotel rooms I've stayed in. There was only a stall to sit on to work at the desk. The toilet room was so narrow your shoulders almost touched the walls. Bed comfy and room more sound proof than most hotels. Staff polite and helpful.

I staid in this hotel a few times for business reasons and the rooms are quite low quality, clean, not too old but definitely basic and low quality style and small... breakfast is rather good and service ok... so hotel to stay only for business reason and no real other choice. Too average for the price

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Accueil convivial et professionnel. Des conseils pour trouver des restaurants proches, accessibles à pieds. Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain correcte, et wc indépendant de la salle de bain, mais il faut calculer pour y entrer ou en sortir. Personnel attentionné, parking pratique.

Orleans was so worth a stop over. Lovely old pedestrian streets, beautiful stained glass in the cathedral, Joan of Arc everywhere and loads of restaurants and bars - and few tourists. Hotel has character, small spa (hot tub, sauna and steam room) very welcome at the end of a days walking. Nice room and charming staff even super helpful when we were leaving so seemed genuine.
