Would rank my stay at hotel Mercure as the most satisfying and comfortable hotel stays in recent times. Be it the quality of the room and amenities, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff there or their breakfast spread, everything was top class and value for money. Thanks

Very friendly staff.only thing that really bothered me was the breakfast , stayed there for 18 days so same breakfast everyday .overall had a great stay.

I spent one week here while on business in June. I was initially provided a room that another customer was occupying. Their luggage etc was unpacked. I was then provided an alternative room. You can hear the traffic in the corridors at all hours. The rooms were clean and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast was a buffet and well replenished.

Let me start by saying that we have been traveling through northern France visiting beautiful countryside towns and cities. We were firstly disappointed in the town itself. Very industrial and gray. We were impressed with the front desk and the customer service. Since it was Sunday and EVERYTHING was closed including the restaurant at the hotel. This was disappointed because we couldn't even get a glass of wine. The room was on the 6th floor, so it was spacious and tidy. We were then told that for our second night that we would have to move to a lower floor because our room was adjoining and they needed the room. We were tired and ended up checking out after our first night stay. Please remember if you are there on a Sunday, the city shuts down. Also, if you are driving, make sure you have a very small car because the parking garage is a nightmare.

All in all a good experience. Very quiet room, extremely conveniently located near RER Station and businesses (like Areva which you may reach by foot) and very good breakfast. A good Mercury though I did not get the most attractive rate at just under €180 with about €10 adder for breakfast. Which is a little expensive for the value offered. I can recommend.

I stayed here for 5 nights for work. The hotel is well placed being very near the RER station and just moments from the town centre and shopping mall. It is possible to walk to most of the major employers from the hotel. The rooms are small but clean and tidy. The fifth and sixth floors are privilege levels with robes , coffee machines and soft drinks in the minibar. The toilet (see photo) is very small and I could not shut the door. The bathroom was fine, reasonably modern and big enough. The rooms either look on to a quiet square or on to residential flats. There is a privacy cover on the window but you still end up looking at other people. The hotel restaurant team us great especially the breakfast girls and the choice of produce is good. The dinner menu was very small but good products and nice summer dishes. The only thing that is missing is a fitness room.

Stayed at this hotel during a training session that took place here. It is a good hotel compared to other hotels in the area. The room was quite cleaned and warm. I would recommend it if you are in the area. It also has a restaurant that serves french cuisine style food.

This center-ville hotel is nice enough, but pricy. The lobby has a comfy waiting area and bar to go with the fusball table. The room was tight but adequate. The bathroom was clean and well appointed with a separate toilet. Massive Tv!!!! Nespresso machine. Alarm clock. Clean and fresh linen, bed throw made it look nice. No view. Plenty of local shops and close to the train station

Hotel was perfectly situated for a meeting the next day. Very comfortable hotel and would book again, if I need to visit client in the future.

I liked the hotel but it still needs to be refurbished a bit (looks old) and prices must be revised. Far too expensive though location is good next to SQY railway station and to all shops. I was surprised about no room service when i was there. Frontdesk ladies are efficient.
