"Overall Very Good"

The service levels were very good. Underground parking was a bonus.......but very tight entry / exit to the space. Air Conditioning was not working in my room and night time temp was in mid 20's which made the room uncomfortable.

"A Pleasant Two Week Stay"

Been there for Work. Right in front of the the local train station. Many eating options within walk-able distance (including one Indian restaurant). Had many pros - including tasty breakfast, professional & friendly staff etc, but one serious con I observed is their extremely narrow water closet room. They need to seriously think on this and find a solution. Its so narrow that if the customer is a few extra kilos more than average, he will not even fit in it.

"Great location "

Hotel is located perfectly, very near public trasportation. Very nice interior, clean, perfectly suitable for my business purposes. Kind and well informed staff. Great restaurant with delicious food :o) I am talking about French food, it must be tasty...you will be satisfied! Shopping center in vicinity

Chouette séjour, les hôtesses ont été très accueillants que ça soit à l’arrivée ainsi qu’au départ. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et propres. On entend pas de bruits gênants, ce qui fait que c’est super agréable.

"Average Mercure.. good and bad points"

Average Mercure Rooms well maintained and modern. Lounge are, next to reception, is nicely laid out and has a nice real fire ! Breakfast is just average.. not worth the €18. Hotel is well located with a short walk to restaurants. As a lot of hotels on the outskirts of a city, Sundays are dead. so no restaurant or bar. But it is annoying that, despite the room guides saying the bar closes at 12:00, it closes at 11pm. Not a big deal, but several staff were around, and all they needed to do was pour me a beer... but no the bar was closed..
