Spacious room. Patio doors. Clean. Nice decor. Good shower w rain and hand held. Nice size large cups and kettle. Usb charging near bed. Big kettle. Good hanging space with safe.

Furniture cloth cld do with deep clean. Very high sided bath to get over to use shower no safety grab rails . Towels only for one provided. Plastic pot milk. Bed not very big for 2 sharing. Mattress and pillows cld b better quality.

Nice friendly hotel situated in a quiet suburban area of Ipswich. Meals were very good in the restaurant and the breakfast was excellent too.

No fridge in the room which was hot and stuffy with only a desk fan to circulate the air. The tv remote was broken and the room telephone kept buzzing for no reason so much we had to unplug it.

The entrance was stunning

Nowhere to get food and told just eat was best bet. We were in a top floor room on a hot day, window wasn’t opened and the fan provided was not helpful. WiFi wouldn’t work so no just eat for us. Breakfast was nice although for 20mins people were trying to use the toaster only to figure out staff hadn’t turned it on. Frustrating. When checking on I was asked how was the stay I told her about how hot the room was and all I got back was ‘oh’

Great service.Nice spa area & pool. Fabulous spa treatment. Fantastic meal in the Manor restaurant with a good menu selection.Good breakfast

Some of the spa areas (in particular the toilet) & hotel rooms could do with a bit of a revamp. Robes for spa guests would be a nice added extra.

Had a wonderful night away, staff were very friendly and accommodating especially Rydham and Alison. Great facilities, rooms were lovely and clean. There was a excellent choice of food and everything we ordered tasted amazing. Will definitely return very soon
