Location location location! Coffee in the lobby! Huge suites with kitchen supplied with coffee and tea. No additional charge for the parking. Parking very convenient right behind hotel room. Cleaning people came in while we were out having breakfast and gave aus new towels and made the bed! Floyd’s restaurant was fast efficient and satisfying.

The sofa and armchairs in suite 252 had strange odors to them. Like sweaty men. They should really be either steam cleaned or replaced altogether. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and this is the first time I have had to even mention a smelly piece of furniture! Room 252 could use a facelift but most of all .. new furniture. Interesting that the cleaning team always left the windows ajar.

The hotel was in a great location. Floyds diner was great for breakfast on site, great food and wait staff. Good laundry facilities. Comfy room!

On check in, the staff were certainly not friendly, no information given about the hotel at all, had to ask lots of questions with curt responses. However on checkout they were very pleasant:)

Very comfortable and close to harbor. Kind fell in love with ferry horns and chimes. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Pool and spa were wonderful.

Walking distance from harbour, shops, restaurants, tours, and the fantastic Beacon Hill Park

Having a mouse in my room (on the 2nd floor!) Had to move rooms. The unexpected security deposit transactions each night with poor explanations from staff.

빅토리아 다운타운을 여행하기에 도보로 가능한 위치에 있어서 위치가 매우 뛰어납니다. 호텔 지하에 당구장과 수영장, 스파욕조, 드라이 사우나가 있어서 여행 일정을 마치고 그날의 피로를 풀기에 매우 좋습니다.

저는 이틀 간 스위트룸에 머물렀습니다. 방의 크기는 크지만 매우 낡고 오래된 가구. 걸을 때마다 삐걱 거리는 바닥. 배수도 잘 안되는 세면대, 낡고 오래된 욕조는 바닥이 매우 미끄러워서 다칠 것 같아서 조심해야 합니다. 매우 낡고 더러운 카펫트 바닥으로 인하여 먼지 알러지가 있는 사람은 매일 방에서 콧물을 흘리는 경험을 하게 될 것입니다. 또한 스위트룸인데도 불구하고 큰 길가의 방은 이른 아침부터 길가에 주차하는 투어버스들의 소음이 있습니다. 가장 중요한 단점은 스위트룸인데도 방에 에어컨이 없습니다. 아주 작은 선풍기가 두대 있습니다. 한 여름에는 매우 더운 밤을 지내야 합니다. 마지막으로 체크아웃을 할 때 부킹닷컴에서 예약했던 화면의 총 금액과 결제금액의 차이가 있습니다. 예약시에는 세금 전 화면만 보이기 때문입니다. 체크 아웃 할 때 영수증도 주지 않고 특별히 요구해야 그 때 프린트 해서 줍니다.

Location is excellent. The suite had a full kitchen. Old fashioned but comfortable furniture. Quiet.

Having to pay for parking and having to pay a damage deposit. Large burner on stove was not working.

Walking distance from ferry. Clean. Kind staff. Nice room with amenities. Hotel stored our bags on our last day until we took the ferry. Pool and hot tub nice
