We had a terrible check in. A most unfriendly receptionist and very unhelpful.

The hotel is close to the town centre but there’s not much in the centre. The bed was comfy and we used the fitness room and hot tub which were both good!

The property is highly overpriced for what you get, it is a very dated hotel and everything was old. No breakfast included either.

Location was good, there’s not much in Lake Louise but using it as a base to drive the Icefields Parkway towards Jasper meant I could get an early start. The room had almost everything I needed, although not everything. I made use of the laundry facilities which was useful.

The room was so hot due to lack of airflow (I stayed mid June, so not hot outside) as there was no air-con. There was a fan which helped slightly. There was no refrigerator which I could have benefited from as I had some cold goods I was travelling with. I could get my TV to work.

Room was clean and had a kitchen area. Sufficient parking spaces. Seemed to have lot of onsite activities.

Bed was a fold out bed with spring mattress. Not very comfortable. When we arrived we saw signs saying WiFi not working. We checked in and my credit card was taken. I received a call in my room after 8pm (we were ready to sleep as on uk time) informing me there was an issue with my card. I was told I needed to walk to reception. I asked if I could just give card details over the phone which was allowed (but why not suggest this?). I then read out card details. After this I was told ok I will just enter the details and call you back. I explained again we were going to sleep and said why have you not put details in while I was on the phone. Turns out they had written them down both at check in and when read over phone which surely is a big security no no. I explained I wasn’t happy they had done this but staff didn’t seem to see it as an issue.

Great location. Large unit with plenty of space for 5 adults. Amenities were good and bonus of bus to the lake

It was expensive but turned out to be good value.

Very nice accommodation, great location, easy walk to the visitor centre and small parade of shops.

Restaurant opening times were odd.

Beautiful setting, pool and hot tubs, great staff especially Giovanna at reception and Paulina, waitress in Legends restaurant

3rd floor room very hot 28°C despite outside temps 6 to 17. No AC as not permissible in Canada parks. Windows couldn't be opened. Fans didn't help so sleep was disrupted and uncomfortable. We we're above the pool area which probably exacerbated the situation. The Inn needs to find a solution to guarantee comfort
