Forest Park Hotel

The room is new and clean.

It is still under development, no elevator to 3rd floor, Quite expensive. No restaurant, no gym yet ready. View to the construction trailer.

The room was a comfortable base for our stay in Jasper. At the far end of town, it was quiet. But also, at the far end of town, it was a good 15 minute walk to get to the commercial area of Jasper.

Insane location, super nice and comfortable.

No pool or breakfast :(

It was a little pricey considering all of the renovations caused much of the hotel to be closed

There was nothing available and we were roomed in the middle of a building site. Appalling

We are well in to our seventies and arrived as part of a tour group last evening. Our room is on the third floor in the wing being renovated. As far from the lobby as possible. No offer to assist with our four bags. No elevator and access was via the fire exit stairs from the second floor. No food available on site and the restaurant at the neighbouring Hotel fully booked. Ordered via Uber, descended to the ground floor and tried to navigate the maze back to the lobby. Following exit signs took me to padlocked doors. It seemed that I could only exit via the walkway on the second floor to the lobby wing. I have no idea what health & safety and fire regulations are in Canada but this certainly doesn’t feel safe. At check in my credit card was required for a damage deposit. Canadian humour? At the very least a free shuttle should be offered to mitigate the lack of services on site

Belle grande chambre très confortable et bien équipée. Salle de bain moderne et fonctionnelle, ventilation efficace et discrète. Hôtel en cours de rénovation réussie.

Insonorisation avec le couloir comme dans la majorité des établissements.

Clean room, comfortable bed.

It would have been nice to know they were in the middle of construction, before we made our reservations. However, the property did do everything they could to minimize the any disturbances during our stay.
