I am sure this could be a great hotel when the refurbishment is complete but we were put in the wing that is currently being refurbished and that area is a building site. Initially we were given a room facing into the atrium , where they are building a swimming pool, so the room was dark with a view of scaffolding. When we booked we were told some areas are closed due to refurbishment , restaurant, spa, bar areas, but not that we were staying in the refurbished areas. To be fair the lady on reception was professional , and helfpul and moved us. Still in the building site wing , but facing out with at least some light and no scaffolding. Work starts at 07.00am to 17.00pm, but to be fair there wasn't noise that kept us up. If there was an option to pay more and stay in the other wing, as another review mentions, it wasn't something we were made aware of, as we would have moved. I understand they may need to keep this wing open while its being developed to keep business going, but rooms with views of scaffolding should not be sold, and the rooms should be super cheap in this wing. It was a shame coming back to the room, but it didn't ruin our two nights, as Jasper is lovely. We were in a refurbished room but it didn't look well finished, tiles in the roof were loose and ill fitting, carpet is not great Its a 20 minute walk into town , so not a bad location, and its nice that its a little seperate. Hopefully the work will finish soon I how the refurbishment finishes soon and the hotel can

We booked online for one night. The hotel has one portion that has the lobby that is really nice and another portion that is definitely not as nice. Doesn’t look like the same hotel so it’s confusing when you get there. Then the signs point you to a lobby for your “wing” of the hotel. The lobby doesn’t exist currently and lead to a spa. So you go into the nicer portion for the lobby. We paid 550$ roughly for our room. 50$ more we would have been in the much nicer aspect of the hotel. A week later we checked our account and they charged us twice which we called and got refunded. My recommendation would be if you’re staying here and it’s possible make sure you’re paying the 50$ for the nicer portion of the hotel. It’s hard to tell when you’re just traveling through that it’s not all one uniform hotel.

Modern hotel with modern well laid out furniture. In our room there was a small fully fitted kitchen -unusual to say the least.

Not a 'cheap hotel's ;no facilities like a pool, hot tub or even somewhere to eat. Be aware, it's around a half and hour walk into the town.

No outside windows. We were told we had an atrium room, but once we opened the drapes, there was a concrete hole, with work just starting. Felt very claustrophobic and dark. No facilities on site, like food services.

We recently stayed here for one night while visiting Jasper. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, and it was clear that the property is well cared for. Unfortunately, several of the amenities were closed for refurbishment during our stay, which was disappointing and limited what we could enjoy on-site. While renovations are understandable, it would have been nice if this had been reflected in the pricing. Given the cost of the room, the stay felt quite expensive for what was offered. The room itself was excellent, but with the amenities unavailable, it didn't feel like good value for money. Overall, a comfortable stay, but I would expect more for the price.
