Hotel Marrakech le Tichka

I was offered twin rooms with single beds when I had booked and paid for double rooms with queen size beds. Staff told me they had the correct reservation but changed the correct rooms when argued my case when I showed them print out of my reservation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast facilities were poor, not enough choices available. Rooms were filthy.

I like staff and services.more property and condition for eating

It was dirty no towels and toilet paper the staff were very rude

The service was poor. I was told that me and my wife couldn’t sleep in the same room. We were followed and told it was forbidden to sleep together in the same room. The toilet was broken and on two separate occasions I had to go down to the reception area to ask for towels because non was left in my room. Worse hotel experience ever. It was awful. Definitely not returning there.

The hotel is lovely but the customer service is terrible.

The garden And The people who works there. I wish if they can renovate it and it look like before it was marvelous !!!

Staff friendly and helpful. Needs painting to bedrooms and exterior.

Lift out of order on last day with disabled mother having to walk up the stairs, staff rude unless you give them a big tip for even the smallest service, cheap but not good value

Nice hotel, great location if you dont want to be in the middle of it all..

Good ratio price/quality. Very pleasant staff. Ask for room with pool view
