Louis Phaethon Beach

Another amazing stay at the Louis Phaethon which again went far too quickly. The same very high standards were upheld by all members of staff which made our stay that much more memorable. Myself and my wife would just like to give a special mention to a couple of members of staff, namely Ahmed from the restaurant who again bent over backwards to make our stay that bit more special who was also there to wave us all off when we all left along with Michael, and also to Hasan from the bar staff who always made sure our glasses were never empty. The management should be very proud of their staff and also of their hotel.

Great hotel, attentive staff, facilities clean, good for families of all ages, lots of food choices for all tastes. Would definitely go back and recommend without hesitation. Airport transfer was so easy (booked as part of Tui package).

We have got back from this brilliant hotel, all the staff are amazing they really work hard nothing is two much trouble. the entertainment team were brilliant thanks to Jamie.the shows were fabulous the round the world with can can and Irish dance. also would like to thank rudi for our lovely beautiful room. the hotel is clean and friendly, can't wait to return love Brian Ann and liam.

We came from Poland as three families with children. We were very sorry that our stay was so short because the hotel was really great. The food was very tasty and the service in the restaurant was excellent, especially Ahmed and his team. We felt very welcome and treated like special guests. The staff was very kind and always smiling. It was clear that they care about the guests. Everything was very good, including the rooms and the swimming pools. The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the sea. There is also a bus stop near the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel has activities for both children and adults, so everyone had a good time. We hope to come back in the summer.

Our stay at the hotel was really great and we truly recommend it! The rooms were clean and well equipped, the location was very good, and the food was delicious, everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Even though we came late in the evening, we were warmly welcomed. Ahmed and the whole restaurant team took care of us from the very beginning. Also, instead of doing formal check-in first, we could eat first, which was very professional and not very common. Every next day showed us that the service was really excellent. We especially remember the beautiful birthday table, we have never seen such a nice gesture in any hotel before. Even though the hotel is a bit older, the great food and amazing service, especially thanks to Ahmed, make it worthy of 5 stars. The service is truly top level! We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

My husband and I came back from Louis Phaethon Beach yesterday. We hade a lovely 7 days. We were welcomed on arrival by very friendly staff and offered a drink straight away. Hotel was very nice and clean lot's of space ,beautiful sea view from our balcony. Food was excellent We could not find anything that we did not like. All staff were amazing but one person stood out called Ahmed he was there on our arrival and was always there right until we left, so thank you Ahmed and all the rest of staff for making us welcomed!Will go back again. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times, it is constantly excellent

Nothing to dislike!

This was our 4th visit to the hotel. We very rarely return to the same hotel however this hotel is different. From the moment you arrived you are greeted with a warm friendly atmosphere. Ahmed and Rudi and all the team were there when we arrived with a cold beer or a glass of bubbles. You truly know you have arrived. Nothing is too much for anyone, everyone wants to make your stay comfortable and a good experience. We had a room on the third floor which we find amazing. There are great views of the pools and the sea. The room was very clean and the staff cleaned and changed towels on a daily basis. Pool towels you can get from the indoor pool area and can change them every couple of days. The restaurant is amazing. If you can’t find something to eat there then I am really at a loss. The food is very well prepared and there is an extensive range of foods. We don’t have any special requirements but there are gluten free options and the staff will show you around and point out allergens etc. there are also boards showing this next to the food. The restaurant runs like clockwork. Ahmed made sure that tables are cleared down quickly and there is always somewhere an available. We wanted to sit outside for lunch one of the days and there were no tables set up. We only had to ask Ahmed and within minutes it was done. I really can’t recommend this hotel enough, the management are brilliant and are always around to help if needed. The staff are amazing and just want to make sure your holiday is relaxing and enjoyable. We will certainly be returning again and looking forward to catching up with Rudi, Ahmed and all the staff.
