What a beautiful hotel and location this is. Right along the sunny coastline leading to Paphos, lies this exquisite family friendly hotel. From arrival to leaving we have been treated exceptionally well. It’s always nerving for us as a family as I have an 8 year old daughter with Celiac but we had read reviews to mention that this was catered for. Upon arriving, we met the famous Ahmed (and I say famous because I had read so many great reviews about him). Ahmed quickly established himself as our point of contact at the hotel for all of our catering needs and he personally made sure that my daughter had the best dining experience everyday. If anything, Ahmed actually made our trip if I’m honest due to his personality and attention to detail. Anyone wishing to stay here should seek him out if you have any allergies/health issues that need to be catered for. I’d also like to give another personal shout out to Karim who appeared to be there most mornings at breakfast. He was always telling jokes to the kids and making them smile and laugh and it really made our breakfasts more enjoyable knowing the kids were excited to see him. We also hired a car at the hotel, which was simple and easy to do and a great way to explore the area. There is though a direct bus station right outside the hotel that takes you to Paphos. We will definitely revisit the hotel at some point as it covers everything we need. Thanks again to the incredible staff at the hotel for giving us a thoroughly enjoyable experience For any runners, there is so many great routes also!

Fantastic hotel close to the airport and a 10-15 minute bus ride from Paphos Harbour area (bus stop just outside hotel entrance). Huge selection of food and drink and very friendly staff, special mention to Ahmed who made our stay very enjoyable, always looking out for guests in the restaurant area and hotel reception, a credit to the hotel.

Right. This place isn’t the best, we paid just over £500 each for all inclusive over Easter but I paid any more I’d be upset. Building is firmly still in the 90’s and feels like it’s just been patched up over the years, desperately due a refurb! Rooms are a touch on the small side for a family, there’s no air conditioning until May so overnight temps went over 30 degrees forcing us to open the balcony doors and listen to industrial noises and the Paphos grand prix so sleep was poor. What I would say is it was cleaned very well everyday. Staff were generally really nice and friendly except the bar staff who looked put out when you asked them for a drink. The maintenance and grounds keeping staff didn’t wear uniforms or badges and were more than a bit creepy especially the Africans when my young daughter was by the pool, just made us anxious since there’s zero security and anyone could walk into the resort off the beech. Food is great, the only thing that’s genuinely 4 star about the place. Great quality, great choice and the restaurant was clean and the only modern part of the building. The outdoor pools are unheated and were freezing and the kids water park doesn’t open until May. They’re also largely unattended so lots of empty cups, rubbish and mess knocking about and the lifeguard is permanently ensconced in his little hut behind the bar so next to useless. There is an internal spa and pool that is heated but it’s still not that pleasant, the whole spa area felt untouched since John Major was PM. Not a nice place to spend a day with mould on the ceiling, plaster coming off the walls, a sauna even Glasgow council would condemn. There is a gym with enough kit in there to work out properly but neither of us could do more than 30min before feeling really ill, there’s no AC in there so it’s hot, humid and full of chlorine as it shares air with the indoor pool. The kids club and facilities in general are so bad neither of ours wanted to leave our side. The kids club is in a dingy room in the basement next to the staff breakroom and storage rooms. There is a Tui only kids club but is right next to the international one in the basement - both of theses were empty so it’s not just our kids been princesses. There’s a dry play area but it was covered in bird muck and falling apart right next to the caravans they make the migrant workers stay in so again kids wouldn’t go near. I will say that the entertainment team are really good and get the kids doing things throughout the day as well as putting on half decent evening entertainment, but again this was in the basement, in something resembling a South Yorkshire working men’s club, peak 00’s Butlins. All in all this was a bit if a needs must for us to get to a last minute family wedding and it served its purpose but we’re looking forward to going home for a good nights sleep. Generally, it feels like the kind of place your grandma loved back in 1998 and it hasn’t changed much since but you get the feeling that they make the most out of what they have, post war keep on keeping on vibe but it is clean and tidy although it really needs a proper renovation and some management consultation.

The hotel was fantastic! The food was excellent, and the rooms were always spotless with daily housekeeping. The kids’ entertainment was amazing, with mini-club activities and nightly programs, so parents could relax while their children had fun. Evening clubs after dinner included music and dancing, and drinks were well-served. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the city center. Everything was truly wonderful, and even though we usually avoid revisiting places, we would definitely come back to this hotel.

I thought I'd write a review split between the positives and the things that could be improved/comments for others to note, to give an all round perspective and so it's easy to see if those things matter to you. As context we've stayed in a lot of 4*s across Europe. This was a solid 4*. Positives - Food is lovely and very hot. Kept in their own dishes and beautifully labelled. My vegetarian husband never struggled to find lots to eat. Pizzas are some of the best we've eaten in a hotel, plus we really liked the hot pudding and custard - We really liked the location. The promenade is big, flat, even and runs all the way to the harbour. It took us about 55 minutes one way. - Dining room is big and very nicely decorated, with views of the sea - Staff were all very nice, welcoming and the offers of drinks when we arrived was a really nice touch - The room is nicely done and with lots of storage - The fridge is a proper fridge and it did in fact freeze one of the bottles of our water! - Tea, coffee and water provided in the room each day - Branded soft drinks including pepsi and 7up - Padded sunloungers - Right next to the sea - Nice quality towels in the rooms - My daughter loved the cats, but if you don't like cats this is not the place for you, they are everywhere (but they are treated and friendly) - Lots of places to sit inside if the weather turns - 20 minutes from the airport - Dinner opens at 6pm which for us is an added bonus! - The hotel love to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or just about anything and they make a fuss of you in the dining room. Such a lovely touch - Easy to catch a bus and travel Things to improve/comments for others: - Communal toilets are some of the worse we've seen. Management needs to update all of these including the ones under the stairs from the restaurant, the pool toilets and the ones by reception - The hotel need to change the toiletries in the rooms. The shower gel and hand soap are awful. Cheap and in nasty pumps. It really dries out your skin - the hot chocolates are terrible...perhaps updates to the machines are needed - The rooms are very small for a family but as the storage is so good this didn't bother us at all, the balcony's are also tiny. You couldn't get more than 2 people on them at a time - The hotel is on a flight path, this didn't bother us at all, in fact we liked watching the planes but if you are sensitive to noise it might bother you - no gala dinner for Easter (again not a deal breaker just an FYI for others) We came end of March and into April, the weather was incredibly hit and miss. We had sunny days but also very rainy ones, thunderstorms, dust clouds and wind. Out of the number of days we came we probably had half on the loungers. None of the negatives were deal breakers, more just information for the hotel to take up as improvement to reach the top of being 4*. In terms of location, food and staff...these were all top notch hence my all round 5* TripAdvisor rating for a 4* hotel. The picture is a view from our room at night (G168).

Just returned from another wonderful stay at this hotel. We love returning every year and are welcomed back like family. The hotel and outside areas are kept spotlessly clean, food is great (be prepared to gain extra pounds 😅), but for us what makes this hotel special is the staff, they can't do enough for you and always with a smile. I must make a special mention to bar staff Hany, Sammy, Hassan, Olympia, you will never have an empty glass and they remember what you drink. Ahmed and the team in the restaurant are always there to welcome you and make sure everything is ok. All in all its a great place and we can't wait to return
