Louis Phaethon Beach

The location is perfect, a short trip from the airport and about 10-15 mins from town. The hotel is fantastic more so with the amazing that work there. All of which are very professional and well equipped to ensure you fully enjoy your holiday! Ahmed who ensures the smooth operations within the restaurant is always found to be smiling and on hand to support with whatever is needed. A fantastic guy, friendly and willing. As is Karim, always available to chat and ensure you have what you need. Hassan we found at the reception bar, making the welcome, relaxing and enjoyable always ready with your order be that in the morning or throughout the day. The hotel maids are equally professional and there is nothing that is too much trouble. From the management to across the board the team as a whole are fantastic! The atmosphere they create is relaxing and just what you need for a holiday. The facilities are perfect, Chico runs the massage therapy area which is amazing, to the indoor pools and saunas. A very clean hotel, the staff certainly have a trained eye and nothing is left standing! Rooms are lovely, some great views too and the air con is a god send especially during the hot weather. Overall, great value, amazing staff, great variety of food and just super relaxing.

Having previously stayed at the Louis Phaethon I knew the high standard and attentiveness of the staff and hotel. This visit was no different, we were greeted by Ahmed once we arrived and had some food before sorting anything else, which was nice as we were starving. The hotel room was nice, clean and well maintained, the entertainment in the evening was enjoyable for all ages. Evening meal time was a pleasure, Ahmed ensured we were greeted by name and genuinely very interested in our day, stay and holiday. Any thing we needed or issues we had he was keen to address and just so nice to have a particular person around the hotel who was always ensuring we were happy and no issues. Big thanks to Ahmed, he really made the stay special Noise level at night was ok, we stayed in floor B, which the corridor is tile, this does mean a lot of echo if anyone walks down during twilight hours. Apart from that the noise level was acceptable for a family hotel, The general atmosphere was brilliant, being greeted by name definitely made us feel valued and appreciated. Would stay again.

This was our second family holiday having been as recently as November. First thing that hit us was how quiet the hotel was, especially considering it was the Easter Holidays. At a guess I’d say it was a third full at most. Whilst this gave those of us who were there plenty of space, it was a real shame for the entertainers who were almost putting on shows to an empty room. The hotel is still a great place, especially for families. My son had a fantastic time and it was great to see his confidence grow as the week went on, special thank you to Rhiannon, Amy, Linden and Kieron from the entertainment team for engaging with him and making all the games fun. If you read this, Charlie says thank you! We’ve never really been ones for joining in with the entertainment side of things but the daily quizzes were great fun and the shows we saw were great. Massive credit to the team, I just hope you have a few more guests to look after as the year goes on. If you are thinking of going, please don’t be put off by the all the nutty politics going on at the moment. We felt totally safe and wouldn’t hesitate to go back tomorrow if we could. Only marked down a star as the single beds in the rooms are pretty uncomfortable and breakfast was only at best ok. Please change the sausages and bacon!

We’ve returned three times to Louis Phaethon, great hotel, great staff and the entertainment crew @seacruiseuk were brilliant with our kids and kept us busy on good and bad weather days. April was sunny, with occasional thunderstorms - but the pool was still chilly so did make swimming more of an extreme sport.

We have just returned from another amazing holiday at this wonderful hotel, and after visiting twice now, we can honestly say it continues to exceed our expectations. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the service was exceptional. All of the staff were friendly, hardworking, and always willing to help, which created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. A very special mention must go to Ahmed, who truly made our holiday unforgettable. He works in the restaurant, where he was always warm, attentive, and professional, making every meal a pleasure. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always greeted us with a smile. What impressed us even more was that Ahmed’s care went far beyond his usual role. He also came to help us at the front desk when needed, assisted us with our bags, placed them in the taxi for our departure, and made sure we were looked after right until the very end of our stay. We would also like to mention that the entertainment this year great and made a real difference to our evenings. There was a great atmosphere, and it was clear that a lot of effort had gone into improving the overall experience. Jamie always gives it his all and with Hannah and Linton singing it’s always a good night. Costumes and dancing from all the girls and boys on point and definitely a highlight for us. Hopefully see you all again later in the year, the tidly turners lol

A fantastic holiday. The hotel it clean and welcoming. The staff really make this hotel. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Ahmed in the restaurant goes above and beyond for all guests. Mohammed at the poolside bar always greets you with a smile and makes the best cocktails. The entertainment team were great. Their shows were better than the professional shows. The pools were spotless. The food at this hotel was brilliant. Something different every night. The desserts were the best we have had! We will definitely be returning to this hotel. Thank you to all the staff that worked so hard to make sure we had a wonderful time
