Louis Phaethon Beach

Just returned from a fabulous fortnight at this lovely hotel. The welcome by Management and the amazing reception staff makes you feel like family not just temporary guests. The rooms are clean, serviced daily with towels, bottled water, tea and coffee and some toiletries. The restaurant provides a varied menu with themed nights and carveries. The food is excellent and there is also a snack bar poolside as well as a Chinese restaurant 6 days a week. Both lobby bar and pool bar serve cold beer, cocktails and soft drinks as well as self serve beer and juices at the snack bar. The wonderful bar staff are the best, friendly, fun and fast. There is table service in the lobby bar and on the terrace. The pools and flumes are clean and well staffed as well as friendly life guards. In our opinion, the entertainment is excellent. Throughout the day there are many activities to take part in as well as quizzes and fun games, quiet areas to relax and busier areas for music and pool games. In the evening the very talented entertainment team headed by the amazing Jamie Hicks provide a variety of game shows, cabaret, variety shows and there are also outside acts several times a week. Something for everyone. Overall we had a wonderful time and will return.

Our first time to Cyprus the hotel was amazing the staff were great especially ahmed amer . We have booked for next year whilst we were there . Thank you everyone for making it a fantastic holiday

Pleasantly surprised to find this hotel I booked a holiday to Paphos didn’t really do any research into it. Just chose a random hotel and to my surprise it was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in .The hotels staff including the waiters the bar stuff Front of house even the cleaners are so nice and pleasant and all went above and beyond to make sure that you stay was the best it could be. There is a very pleasant and vibrant atmosphere made special by the friendliness of all staff . The food is always delicious and plenty full and they have a very large selection of alcoholic drinks, and non-alcoholic drinks I don’t normally write reviews but in this instance I feel that it’s fully justified I would highly recommend for people to stay at this particular hotel and I my self will definitely be going back next year.

Excellent experience at Louis Phaethon Beach Hotel. Food and drink was excellent for an all inclusive package. Efforts are made to make your stay enjoyable and as comfortable as possible. One of the highlights was a Waiter named Ahmed Amer, his service was second to none, he learned and greeted all 12 of us by name every time we saw him, he made time in his busy day to come over and speak to us every time we passed him to make sure we were having a good time. He was enthusiastic and professional. I've NEVER experienced customer service anywhere else as good as we received from Ahmed, we will definitely be booking this hotel again purely based on the experiences we had having someone care so much about our time there. This man is a massive credit to the hotel and I have absolutely no doubt that he brings in thousands of pounds of repeat visitors based on his ability to make people feel valued. I hope to see you again soon Mr Ahmed!

Well what a fabulous find! From the moment we walked through the door nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxed stress free holiday. All areas immaculately clean and tidy, plenty of space to sit or lounge in the sun and have a coffee or a cocktail or two. Every single member of staff helped make our experience amazing. So much so that my Partner has surprised me with a return visit for my birthday in May Can't wait !

this hotel ensured that my first visit to Cyprus was a memorable one. The hotel staff were very welcoming, helpful and made themselves available round the clock. The location was perfect, a short taxi journey from the airport. We stayed all inclusive and, the food and beverages were exceptional. Particularly the food was excellent, with good choices at all meal times. The pools however could have been warmer to swim in. Also, i left something behind and the hotel were amazing in posting it back to me. Already looking to staying here again.

Just returned from another two weeks of a wonderful holiday at the Louis Phaethon in Paphos, Cyprus. Over the past 25 years we have stayed at this hotel about twelve times, and each time we leave with a very big smile on our faces. In saying this, the hotel is starting to externally look a little tired and is in need of a serious face-lift? Ignoring this, issue, our holiday experience was one of pure enjoyment… As usual, the food was wonderful with speciality nigh dining. All of the staff are so helpful and friendly – special mention to the busy bar staff especially little Hanne, big Hanne, Chris and the beautiful Olympia, and many more……….. The hotel are lucky having staff like you. Thank you all The hard working entertainment team was superb. They were ALL extremely welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. Their shows were good (really enjoyed the outside daytime shows. The dancing in each of the shows was really well choreographed and performed by Sophie, Rhiannon, Amy and Kieron, while the singing of Hannah and Lunden was outstanding. This entertainment was at another level to that of last year (which was also good), and this is down to the management of Jamie and Sophie. A very special thankyou goes out to the lovely Rhiannon and my wife Paula’s favourite Linden, who supports Birmingham City but as a Villa fan, I will forgive him for that…… YOU GUYS MADE OUR HOLIDAY ONE TO REMEMBER FOR A LONG, LONG TIME – THANK YOU In conclusion – we will be back at the Phaethon again soon and hope to see you all again……………… UP THE VILLA Keith & the lovely Paula xxx

Just got back from this hotel! Wish I could stay longer! This was my second time back this time with family. What can I say? We thoroughly enjoyed this stay. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and feel like you’re at home! The food is delicious, too much choice to choose from and is different every day! The waiter in the restaurant goes to every length to make you feel welcome and is so friendly! Ahmed is lovely and deserves a promotion! He remembers everyone’s name and makes the effort to talk to us all. I really am looking forward to returning!
