Amazing hotel first time stay. Amazing food the best we’ve ever had. The cleaners work hard everyday to make sure your room is clean and tidy. The life guards are always around and eager to help with any issues during the day. Entertainment Jamie and the gang were fantastic the whole stay daytime to evening activities is the best we have ever seen. It’s a shame they have entertainment outside when amazing show inside and stops people going down. The bar was amazing one guy think he is the bar leader shouting at staff was a little let down when we was sat with a group. Ahmed on the restaurant was the best restaurant host we have ever seen. Ahmed and the entertainment team was the true highlight of our holiday

We had a wonderful stay at the Phaethon Beach and would happily return. The hotel is very clean, the food offers plenty of choice, and the staff work incredibly hard to make guests feel welcome and looked after. One of the highlights of our holiday was the entertainment team. They brought so much energy each day and evening, with activities for both adults and children. A special mention goes to Jamie, the Entertainment Manager, who does an amazing job keeping everyone involved and creating such a good atmosphere. Overall, Louis Phaethon Beach is a fantastic family-friendly hotel with great facilities, lovely staff, and an entertainment programme that really adds something special to the experience. Thank you to everyone for helping make our holiday so enjoyable!

Had the most amazing weeks holiday (again) at the Louis Phaethon Hotel in Cyprus 🤩 We were greeting with warm smiles from the hotel reception team and management when we arrived who were so accommodating. Room has plenty of wardrobe and storage options which is cleaned to perfection everyday by the lovely cleaning ladies. 3 pools to choose from/sit by with an option of a quieter pool down the far end by the water slides - which we enjoyed very much and such a good laugh! The main pool is full of activities and music lead by the entertainment team who constantly brighter up your holiday with there positive energy and activities for you to do. We particularly enjoyed the quizzes which we walked away with a victorious 6 bottles of bubbly 🍾 We have never been to a hotel where the staff can’t do enough for you. Ahmed really is a Tripadvisor sensation and for a good reason, greeting us every night for dinner and bringing our exact drink order! Waiter, Samuel welcomed us each evening on the terrace with a warm smile and constantly checking if we need any assistant. Food of a really high standard with plenty of choice and beautifully presented. The Chinese at launch is a favourite and the 4pm waffles/pancake and chocolate cake was a welcomed treat each day. Special stand out night for us was the white night party on Sunday evenings. We throughly enjoyed this with live entertainment, games and dancing 🤍 We would like to do a special shoutout to Kieran from the entertainment team who was just amazing! ✨ An excellent performer and he made the effort to come and spend time with us and involve us in daily activities. Also Rhiannon Dance Caption - who is just born to be on stage and has the kindest heart! Big thank you for your hospitality, aqua gym and stretch sessions! The standard in this hotel is extremely high and it’s all down to the fantastic staff! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of a holiday this summer and planning on return once again. A big thank you Phaethon 💛

The strip of hotels to the south of Pathos are along Poseidon Avenue with the Louis Phaethon Hotel is situated at the end in extensive grounds on its own.  The hotel is basically a large U shape. Because there are no hotels surrounding it, all the rooms have a pleasant outlook. Most of the rooms are Seaview and we were allocated room 1113 which was at the end of one arm of the U which had a pleasant Seaview through some palms. It was a pleasant 50-minute 2 mile walk along a path in front of the hotels to the start of Paphos harbour. Buses ran (2 euros) about every 10 minutes to Paphos harbour and Tomb of the Nobles. The hotel is primarily geared towards families with large swimming pools, splash pools and a water park. We were a couple but really enjoyed the water park. There were several bars including a pool bar next to the sea. The pool bar restaurant served fast food lunches and snacks on an afternoon. There were steps and a path to the sea but it was too shallow for swimming. Obviously for safety issues, drinks were served in plastic glasses near the pool areas. However, cold bottles of the local Keo beer were available from the main reception bar which was much better than the draught Keo elsewhere. The dining room was very spacious and had 3 separate raised outside eating areas with a view. The food in the restaurant was to a high standard with a good variety and lots of flavour. There were themed nights but still with alternative food options.

​This is such a lovely hotel, and everything about it is absolutely top-tier—from the spotless cleanliness to the incredible staff and world-class food. ​This was my 2nd visit and it certainly won't be my last; in fact, I’m already looking to book another stay for later this month! If you are looking for a flawless, stress-free getaway where you are treated like royalty, this is exactly where you need to be. ​As stated above, the food is simply amazing. You will definitely not go hungry here! The hotel caters perfectly to all dietary preferences with an incredible variety of fresh, flavorful options. I have a massive sweet tooth myself, and the dessert selection was so irresistible I’m sure I’ve put on a few pounds! 😀 ​The staff really elevate this hotel from great to truly exceptional. A massive shout-out to Ahmed in the restaurant—he is incredibly polite, attentive, and possesses a rare hospitality charm. How he remembers everyone's name is mind-blowing. He always welcomed me warmly and genuinely cared about making my dining experience perfect. He is an absolute credit and a massive asset to the hotel. ​From the luxury amenities to the immaculate rooms and stellar service, this place amazing. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We had an amazing holiday. The food was excellent, service was excellent and Jamie the entertainment manager went above and beyond to make our holiday extra special. We will deffo be back even if it’s just to have a laugh with Jamie again. Thank you sooooo much. Xxxxxx

Couldn't fault the hotel prime location ,atmosphere amazing thanks to Jamie Hicks entertainment manager and team , rooms where big and cleaned everyday definitely value for money no noise only wen entertainment was on and was expected also so much fun , service was definitely a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ from me also swimming pools so clean slides, bowls shuffle board , sauna , pool games all day so would I go again 1000% 😀 I went to surprise my sister for her wedding which was amazing thanks to al the staff 😍😍

This is the most amazing holiday place i have encountered. The staff are welcoming and always go out their way to make your holiday memorable. There is so much to do with all the family. I chose louis phaethon to get married. A huge thank you to the managers, michael and rudi, who made our wedding and holiday amazing. A massive shout out to Jamie Hicks who then made our special day even more amazing with his personal touches. I could not have chosen a better place in the world. Just returned from our 7th visit to the Louis Phaethon it just gets better and better it’s like returning home the staff from the reception, cleaners , life guards who do a amazing job then there’s the bar staff big shout out to Samuel who went above and beyond and looked after us all week Olympia so hard working and still had the time to dance with the guests Last but not least Ahmed what a hard working man never stops knows you by name always looks out for you and asks how your day has been finds you a table The food is excellent something for everyone Especially the sweets amazing Will be returning to my second home
