Louis Phaethon Beach

We’ve just come back from another fantastic stay at the Louis Phaethon and, it didn’t disappoint for a second. This was our second visit recently (we came last July), and it was great to see that the quality of the food and drink is still just as good, if not better. Plenty of choice every day and everything was consistently incredible. We travelled as a family with our 3 year old and 8 month old, and the hotel is absolutely perfect for young kids. The pools are brilliant our kids had the time of their lives every single day, and there’s such a relaxed, family friendly atmosphere around the whole place. What really made the holiday, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but a special mention has to go to Ahmed and Jenny, who were so attentive throughout our stay and really went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Also Karim the lifeguard, who went above and beyond with the kids he made such an effort to engage with them and genuinely helped make their holiday extra special. I actually stayed here 22 years ago as a child, and it was the best holiday I can remember so it’s pretty special to now be bringing my own kids here and seeing them enjoy it just as much. All in all, an incredible week away and we’re already booked to come back again in September, which probably says everything. Couldn’t recommend it enough for families.

Amazing hotel first time stay and after talking to a few other people I understand why they return. The staff are the best Rudi and the team should be proud of every single staff member. A few to mention that stood out for us. Mohammed in the restaurant was amazing at table serve. Hassan on the bar making sure you never had an empty drink. Romany on reception with an easy check in process. But the biggest thing for us was the entertainment team. Jamie Kieran Grace and Rhiannon made our holiday that little more special and the shows and activities are a true asset to this hotel. Jamie and his team made the overall good stay even better

We have just returned from our lovely family holiday at the phaethon, we had such a lovely time all the staff are really friendly especially Ahmed he really does go above and beyond for everyone! The hotel is perfect for family's, there is something for everyone. The food was excellent probably one of the best all inclusive we've been to.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Michael is wonderful, Ahmed in the resturaunt is lovely and all of the lifeguards expecially Kareem are wonderful and so friendly. Would recomend for couples, friends or faimly.

This hotel is amazing, this was our 10th visit. On arrival we were greeted by staff by name. The staff can not do enough for you. I would like to give a special shout out to Ahmed Amer as he could not do enough to make are stay any better. Anyone going to Paphos HAS to stay here. This hotel caters for all ages, the entertainment staff work so hard and produce amazing shows in chariots.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The highlight was definitely Jamie’s entertainment team—they were fantastic at keeping everyone engaged and having fun throughout the day. Rhiannon stood out as especially wonderful, always friendly, professional, and full of energy. She made the experience even more enjoyable with her warm and welcoming attitude. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great entertainment and top-notch service.

Amazing time for our first family holiday with our 4 month old. Location is perfect to be able to walk to bars / shops not that this is needed at all ! Bonus the transfer not being very long at all especially due to the longer flight with a baby. The hotel atmosphere is brilliant better than most 5 stars we have stayed in the staff can’t do enough for you and all very friendly. The entertainment is brilliant always something going off and selection of music suites everyone. Hotel is very clean and well looked after especially the restaurants. Food is absolutely amazing they focus on making dishes nice rather than your typical all inclusive. Everything was tasty and high quality. Rooms are a little on the smaller side and could do with an upgrade but beds are really comfortable and clean Not usually someone that would visit somewhere again as I like to try new places however we will definitely be coming back as it’s definitely value for money.

We’ve been coming here for the last 3 years with my daughter, son-in-law and their young children 5 & 8 now. We’ve always had a wonderful time and the kids absolutely love it. While it’s not a hotel we’d go as a couple we always have a super time as a family - Treasure every moment. Rooms are basic but adequate and the food is better than many 5 star hotels we have stayed. Evening entertainment is very good. Hotel definitely needs some TLC in places. Great value for money family hotel.
