Please be aware our spa facilities including the lower gym, pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi will be out of order from Sunday 19th April to Friday 24th April 2026. The hotel itself, is truly a nice place. Garden is fantastic. We appreciated the staff moving into a room on a quiet side because there was a wedding party, very proactive.

The pool and saunas. First of all these facilities are too little, given the size of the hotel (they should be at least double, both the saunas and the pool), and second the staff could attend more the pool, signage clearly states "don't dive" but apparently kids and young gentlemen need different reminders.

Beautiful property and my room had views over the lake. The location is perfect and a short walk into Sharrow for shops, bars and restaurants

"Very pleasant hotel and spa for special occasions."

Loved the room tv and pool and spa.

Breakfast sausages were dry and hard. Also shower did not work and there was no heater in the room which was a bit cold.

Location was good for what we needed.

Staff did not apologise for there being no soap in the room. Room was tatty and not clean. Over priced for a spar hotel. Lamp in room should of been pat tested in February we went in June.
