The "skip the clean" sign for the door is a good idea.

I used the "skip the clean" sign as I am happy to use towels for more that 1 day. However, I asked for the hospitality tray and fridge to be replenished, which did not happen. What is the difference between "skip the clean" and "do not disturb"? The jam dispenser at breakfast needs a rethink! Very messy

Breakfast was lovely, the bacon and the crossaints were a highlight. Our privillage room was spacious and extremly comfortable. We found the staff extremly helpful and friendly and would stay again if we were in the area.

There was a wedding on and our room was above . So much noise I didn't get to sleep till 4 which ruined the following day for me

2nd time staying here and we had a junior king suite. We stayed for our anniversary and the staff had put rose petals on the bed and did a fancy towel display and put some chocolates and a card. And when we went down for dinner the lovely receptionist came over with another card and put rose petals on the table and gave us a glass of prosseco each. Loved the grounds and seeing the squirrels run round
