Room was clean and comfortable. I like the fact it had a fan and a light duvet given the weather

I ordered room service and a bottle of wine. The food arrived but the wine didn't. I rang reception and waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got an answer.They couldn't refund on the day so I went to reception in the morning. To be fair the receptionist had made a note but again, I waited for 10 minutes as there was no one on reception. In my opinion, there should always be someone on reception at a hotel unless they go for a comfort break, and then there should be cover or a sign

The grounds and staff were very helpful

The carpets are very worn in the rooms and has a musky smell to the rooms. The toilets in the public area was disgusting as they are clearly not checked regularly and toilets all not flushed.

Convenient location. Good sized rooms. Lovely grounds. Liked the new bar soap system in the bathroom, very eco friendly.

Rooms need repainting.

The setting both in the locality and within the grounds. The building the surroundings the lake.the swimming pool. The size of the room.

Decor a bit tired. Those doors to the stairs are a nuisance!

Stayed at the property for a wedding, great venue from start to finish

If there was a reason to stay then yes
