The hotel was lovely & only a ten minute drive into the centre of Waltham Abbey. Check in easy, staff were professional & friendly. The room was very clean, bed, bedding & pillows crisp & very comfy. The breakfast area was spacious, with a large selection of food/drinks choices etc; again the staff were exceptional & attentive to all our needs. Ample parking & free!

Couldn't really fault anything.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was ample parking. We asked for a slightly later check out and they were happy to help. Would definitely come back here again
