We love everything about it! You have to visit fir yourself to see why! We bought two timeshares 15 years ago on our first visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It is family friendly. We have met so many nice people from all over the world. Because we come back twice a year…we consider the staff and other visitors our family too! ❤️

Please don’t go!! If you look like Latino please don’t go. They don’t allow you to get in if you a local or Latino . The service is not good . We had lunch at the beach restaurant they ask my nice to Put a tshirt on because it’s a CLUB’. Boda servida be aware

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located on a private beach within walking distance of many amenities. I was however very disappointed at the way Club Cascades’ front desk supervisor and Expedia handled my booking. While checking in Veronica, the front desk supervisor mentioned that we would have to move not even half way through our reservation. The possibility that we would have to be relocated to an entirely different property was also mentioned. I was shocked at how defensive and unaccommodating Veronica was. Customer service by Club Cascades’ front desk supervisor was not provided to me or my guests. Veronica explained this was not the first time this has happened… I have been a consistent Expedia user and never experienced an issue to this magnitude. This was especially distressing since it took place the day before my birthday. The next day a hotel staff member addressed one of my guests who was not involved in the hotel booking and told her we’d have to move and showed her another room. She told them she could not make that decision. This was done without notification or discussion with me. Club Cascades found another room for me and my guests on the property and I am grateful that it worked out. The majority of the hotel staff were professional, pleasant and very helpful. Needless to say the supervisor, Veronica was NOT. Expedia and the hotel need to remedy this issue immediately and not allow guests to book beyond Thursday as per Club Cascades regulat

Absolutely beautiful as we have been told for 30 years! This hotel is amazing the level of service and comfort ability you can not beat. The beds were amazing, the rooms are amazing, the pools are amazing, the swim up bars are amazing the list goes on! Felix at the pool bar was amazing the entire time we were there! We stayed in Margarita 10 and it was a huge 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom suite with a huge living and dining room. The beds were great along with big showers! The big front porch with the built in pool/hot tub was amazing to have! We had them turn the temp down and BAM we had our own pool!! The cleaning staff was the best we have encountered in many years of Cabo/Cancun trips! I think our maids name was Nieves she was a true sweetheart! The food at the club was good I would say 7/10! Drinks and service 10/10 everyday all day not one complaint! We loved our trip here and now realize why so many family members own units here! One day so will we!!

Super friendly staff, comfortable beds, delicious food. There wasn't a bad moment - everything was great! Every need was attended to with kindness and a smile. You almost don't need to leave the resort! You will be pampered and well-fed!

We were absent from the Club for 3 years during the whole Covid ordeal. On returning Week 4, 2023 we found the remodeled room to be more than we expected. Great finishes, new appliances, larger bedrooms with more closet space, amazing new bathrooms. In general, prices in Cabo for many things from restaurants to transportation have gone up quite a bit over 2019 prices (our previous visit before Covid). It was a pleasant surprise to learn that Club Management/Board of Directors have kept price increase for food & beverage well within reason. Not only have they accomplished this they have improved the food quality considerably. Service is excellent as usual, many of the same staff remained working here, doing their normal above and beyond effort to please the owners/guests.

Our first Christmas at the club and it was fantastic. We’ve been to the club many times but it was the first for some of our family and they absolutely loved it. The food is superb, we ate most of our meals at the restaurant on the beach. The staff is so kind and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained our two villas where spotless and the beds are so comfortable. We loved our stay!

The most amazing resort I've ever stayed at! So pretty and the service is amazing! The resort has a beach grill where you can sit either on ground level with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach, or you can get a table right on the sand and enjoy a Cub Cascades special! Cascades also includes a spa and a fitness center so you're never off your fitness schedule! I loved all of the workers there! Such a great place to get away!!

It's the only swim beach in Cabo with a restaurant in the sand. The room was fantastic. Service and food was outstanding. Restaurant has specials every night and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Private beach Palapas with drink/food service was great. Only slight drawback was the construction noise if you were near the pools. Can't wait for it to be all done.
