Club Cascadas de Baja

Food is a bit on the expensive side. Clean rooms and facilities. Friendly staff. We did not enjoy the beach as it was wavy that time. Lots of restaurants around.

We have always loved Cascadas. We have visited every summer for the last six years. We had a lovely villa. The employees as always were hardworking and friendly. We enjoyed all of our meals during the week at the Grill. Their prices have gone up quite a bit. Entrees that cost 245 pesos last year are now 399 pesos. We had talked with a sales person this past year about buying several weeks. We did enjoy our week but it was impacted in a negative way by several unpleasant encounters with a very large family group, 3-4 generations (owners) I would best describe them as ENTITLED. Taking up ten loungers and four palapas during the day and not using them .On Fri. we sat at our palapa from 6:30 a.m. until we left for lunch. We returned from lunch to find six members of this family group sitting on our towels under our palapa. They spilled their drinks on our towels, threw my husbands hat in the sand, drank our large bottle of water we had purchased from the restaurant. When we confronted them they got up and left angrily like we had done something wrong. They left leaving behind all their dirty dishes and drink cups which we had to clean up. To get away from them we had to move to the other side of the beach. There were several other unpleasant encounters in both pools with this family group. The final straw was when they starting antagonizing us and calling us names (we are elderly) at that point I had no choice but report them to management. Management spoke to them and the bullying stop but not before it causes us very serious reconsideration that we would want to buy here or for that matter ever want to stay here again. We were disappointed and did expect management to get back to us about this problem but they never did. This bad behavior went on for three days. I knew if I didn't report it that it would continue for the enter week and ruin our vacation.

Cascadas is a special oasis in Cabo San Lucas. It’s small, family friendly and immaculate. You feel like you’re at a “home away from home” with the wonderful staff, attention to detail and intimate setting. The location is perfect: on a beautiful section of beach that views the Arch and only a 10 minute walk into town. I love that there are no televisions in the room and no rowdy bar scene. It’s the perfect vacation destination.

I was an owner here previously for 15 years. My favorite resort, small enough to be personal. Clean and beautiful!

Architecture and quaintness of rooms is very unique. Beautiful pools and 5 star beach restaurant. Lots of staff and very clean.

We stayed here for the first time. It’s mainly timeshares, and our condo was very nice! Plenty of room, lovely decor, and quiet mostly. There are 2 pools and a beachfront restaurant. It would be a better rating if the staff had seen fit to let us have a late checkout as our plane was at 7 pm. but they did not care. So, an otherwise lovely stay was marred by having to spend several hours on the last day, without air conditioning on a very hot day. They did allow us to use the pool, however.

Everything was good. The only thing I didnt like was that the rooms did not have a tv.

We really enjoyed it. Only the quality of the food let's this hotel down.
