The Summit Inn

The staff that helped us check in was very friendly. He even let us check in early without hesitation. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I was skeptical because of some of the reviews. I don't know why some people expect so much for such an affordable price. It met our needs perfectly

It's not that we didn't like it, but the hot tub wasn't very hot

The location was close

The smell when you walked into the front lobby was very offensive. Smelled like onions or bad body odor. The bathroom only had two towels, so I had to ask front desk for more. The pillows were extremely flat and hard. I had to asked the front desk for a couple more pillows. We left and went tubing, ate dinner and came back to use the hot tub. There were no towels, I had to ask front desk. Entering the hot tub, I noticed green mold? All over the walls of the hot tub. I was disgusted. Came back to our room to get ready for bed...I could have slept better on the floor. The beds are beyond uncomfortable. Next morning, packing up getting ready to leave and the only light above the vanity did not work. I couldn't see to put on my make up, so I put the desk lamp in for some kind of lighting. Next, the hair dryer didn't work. My hair takes hours to dry. I would have brought my own. It's cold outside I have wet hair and im beyond frustrated and very unsatisfied. I will never book a room here again.

For the price the quality was quite poor

The receptionist did not speak English very well, or at least he was not understandable at all.
