Very good service

The bathrooms are super old and not taken care of. The food are had flies and roches all over the place. They no longer put alcohol in the rooms. And the drinks are made with super cheap alcohol which tastes so nasty. A beers are hot and the coast of a corana is 5 dollars.

This property has a really nice view. You can see the ocean.

There are limited food choices and only ONE pool for the whole resort. The restaurants are infested with water bugs and roaches. There were multiple problems with rooms, cleanliness, bugs, ac issues, etc. Most of the staff were not helpful or nice. There weren’t any activities for adults and only one bar open all night. The music they play is repetitive and gets cut off at 11:30 PM every night. The locals were also able to come in on the weekends after 9 which caused a lot of crowding, not enough plates at the restaurants and not enough cups at the bar. Very frustrating.

The check in was chaotic. The dining options were very limited. The process to reserve specialty dining is ridiculous. Some of the staff was very nice and helpful though. The rooms are in terrible shape. The pool was dirty and filled with unsupervised children.

Antes de entrar a la propiedad tendrás una parada por los oyos de la calle la habitación con animalitos en la bañera y u toilet tapado la comida se repite todos los dias una sola picina para muchas personas ahora el lado bueno el personal de cualquier área muy serviciales a lo que nesecitas ahy le doy 100 puntos y de las tres estrellas que tiene le sacaría 2 lo lamento playabachata
