Unfortunately my stay was not good, starting as soon as you check in. Over an hour to check in, staff was very unorganized. Rooms were clean, but very outdated, rusty, old, lamps were broken and the bathroom was horrible. Food was ok and for one of the restaurants you need it to reserve and even that it was disorganized and was not able to reserve either. The only good thing was the pool and the beach. Will not be returning no more.

Nice play to stay

You get what you pay for. Pay cash or suffer 20% credit charge from the hotel on resort items; limited dining times; rooms are in dire need of upgrade or basic maintenance. At least beach is pretty.

There was nothing to like. I found roaches in my room, the fridge was rusty and wouldn’t properly work. The AC was not cold at all and after multiple complaints the tech guy came to check it out and all he did was look at the controls and walked out. He didn’t even say a word, just left. The phone to contact the front desk in the lobby, what is the point of having a phone in the room if they’re not picking up? The TV channels were statically, not clear whatsoever. There is no wifi in the room, it’s only in the lobby. I had to make a virtual call for work but had to drive out of the hotel to a different location in order to make the call. The only good thing about breakfast, was fresh omelettes. No MANGU; got it one day out of the week, I don’t know why. There’s never any plates, there’s no cups for drinks. When you ask waiters/waitresses, the response was always “they’re coming now or you can go across the dining hall and grab it yourself”. The bars do not have any good liquor whatsoever; no good cocktails which are made with the lowest liquor qualities. There’s a line that goes down the hallway for any type of service. There’s one pool and is overcrowded, the other pool looks abandoned because there’s no activities there; no bar, no snacks, no workers. You have to bring your own speaker and drinks. This was by far the worse resort I’ve stayed at. Would not recommend this to ANYBODY.

I booked for parents and they had a good time! Hotel staff were very accommodating. Will definitely book again!

The place is very clean but it needs more staff.

this was a all inclusive resort with one buffet one bar if something finished they where bringing out more all the food had 2 trays there was roaches in the buffet the have one staff working in each area they have people cleaning the floors while your eating if you ask them to make you something they give you attitude no outlet to charger your phones in the room beds are as hard as the floor no wifi the only thing we enjoyed was the ice cream there’s two pools the one at the far end doesn’t have a bar so don’t even bother going over there you’ll have to stay at the main pool with a thousand of people running around

The hotel could have been better but it was the worst hotel that I had gone
