this reassort I have been there before and it was an OK one, but now that I went back it is Horrible, starting with security, we came a little early because we used to come at least an hour early to avoid the be lines, but security did not allows in because we were not at3pm which it does state that check in is at 3pm, but again as said before people used to go early and check in at the from desk and just wait at the lobby for the room to be ready, no security were super rube to us, then it started raining and we were thank god inside the car, but there were other people that came in taxis, those people were getting wet and these security guard did not allow this people a family of 4 2 children and 2 adult to come in and not get wet. after that we went in the check in finished around 3:30 cause staff is not enough to check everyone in, went to eat there were nothing but burgers an salad, the pool were haft full, rooms have European plugs, so we have to go to the from desk again and rent one, don't know why we are in the Caribbean not in Europa for that. other things are like the hot as area to have dinner ad Lunch not enough air can come in as well as in the bathroom, you go to use it and you going to come out all wet from the sweet. I can say ore but that would be a book that I would have to write. so this is my last time going to that resort.

Staff did not inform us that the shows would be at the nearby hotel. They expected my 83 year old mother to walk 15 minutes. Breakfast stations were slow. Long lines to get eggs. Customer service never picked up phone. Poor management.

Empezando, llegué 1 hora antes del check in, no me dejaron entrar al lobby a esperar y me tuve que quedar afuera con mis hijas y mi madre. Nos hicieron sentir menos solo porque NO íbamos al hotel mas prestigioso (Senator), cuando nos dejaron entrar había una línea tan larga, poco personal, un calor súper fuerte y vinimos entrando a las 4:30 para llegar a una habitación sin aire y sin línea telefónica. Esa misma tarde, al percatarme el aire fue a servicio y le expliqué pero no hicieron nada, volví un dos veces más y volví a explicarle que mi hija y mi hermana sufren de asthma y que no podían estar sin aire pero solo dijeron que iban a enviar a alguien pero no hicieron nada. Amanecimos como pudimos, sin dormir. Al otro día tuvimos que irnos y dejar la estadía a media porque eran las 6:00 pm del día siguiente y aún no había teléfono ni aire. Otra cosa, los empleados en su mayoría son mal hablados, el buffet la comida es buena pero están muy desorganizados y se hace caos a la hora de comer, hay cucarachas en el restaurante que te pasan por los pies. Tuvimos una experiencia horrible.

The food was exceptional. Many things to choose from. The bedding experience was good. The pool was amazing. Unfortunately the toilet needs a better cleaning.

I like the hotel.. that’s my second time visiting

I’d like to start with the good , which is the service from the check in to the waiters/waitress and other staff was good , they were very helpful and would try to answer any questions to the best of their ability. The grounds of the resort was nice and decently Maintained on the side that was used . The main pool always had music and people in there , there was two other pools on a quieter side that we used and those were maintained relatively well. There was only two speciality restaurants which reservations would frequently go very fast , I saw people waiting from as early as 6am. If you and your family are picky eaters then I don’t recommend this resort, there was a pizza shop and coffee shop w some snacks and ice-cream and those I didn’t care for either . For the bad while the room was nice and the balcony was amazing to use at night to catch some air the bathroom could use a lot of work. There were stains that you couldn’t remove from the tub and broken tiles, and frequent ‘blackouts’ that would last from a couple mins to the longest one being 30-35 mins where all electricity would turn off, this happened multiple times in my stay there sometimes 2-3 times a day , no matter what time of day, during clear weather This seemed to not affect the main resort lobby area . I just wanted to make sure if you book these are the possible things you’d have to be okay with .

En general todo bien, deben de arreglar los aires acondicionados de las habitaciones y mejorar las opciones de comida cuando esperan tener mucha gente.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and the areas where always cleaned and sanitized to eat
