Hotel was way to crowded with locals. Wait time for buffet was toooo long. While I was having dinner with my family there was a roach on the table!! Unbelievable. This resort needs a mayor upgrade.

The only thing I didn't like is that there are never any reservations for restaurant reservations and the glasses smell worse, it seems like they don't wash them well. The hygiene isn't very good.

It A great property the food was amazing. The rooms were very outdated. Some of the items were breaking or coming apart in the room. The beach was so beautiful and warm the drinks. It was hard to get drunk two weak , I love how they have party and entertainment wud they had more pools it was too crowded

Playa Bachata is not nice at all, too many people, too litle options for the food, only one restaurant a la carta per day, you need to line up before 7:30 am if you want to go to a la carta restaurant that day, and if you go after 8am, forget it, you won't be able to go at all... some rooms are so old and smells like humidity, the good part about the hotel is the staff and the beach, they don't have variety for food also...

Absolutely LOVED this hotel & neighboring property, Senator! The ambiance is amazing, music and activities throughout the day. Beach was prestine and amazing - definitely felt like it was a getaway! Very family friendly and yet separate enough for the adults! The staff at the restaurants and bars were AMAZING; the animation teams of this and Senator hotel were GREAT! Amazing people to speak to and enjoy the activities with! I am absolutely and undoubtedly returning within the next year
