Novotel Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa

Great location, surrounded by nature and the wildlife is everywhere.

Staying in late January, so Air-conditioning would be a benefit on the warmer days. Our room only was fitted with heating equipment and a pedestal fans.

A very nice place for holiday

The new casual restaurant removed the option to get any casual lunch like sandwiches. You either have a full Italian meal, a burnt pizza or drive to Jindabyne for lunch.

Location of the stay was beautiful

The apartment we booked could have had more updated appliances the TV was that old that it did not have smart functionality. The antenna was cut through in the water so we lost all entertainment. Although luckily our cabin was on the water so had the beautiful serene view and atmosphere 😊

Cabin was very comfortable with a beautiful outlook - snowcapped mountains out one window, deer out another! Dinner at Cuisine was delicious! The kids enjoyed archery and trampoline, and poking at the ice around the lake
