Great stay

Sauna wasn’t working Would be good if they did a bit of maintenance on the mtb trails in the resort area.

Great location and grounds Apartment was well equipped with everything - maybe just could do with a standing clothes drying rack

All good but could wash the windows of the pool complex Swooping magpies

Spectacular scenery, very peaceful. The accomodation was lovely and warm. Well equipped and nicely set out. Loved the fireplace and the fact that it was so easy to light.

Other than cobwebs present in most of the rooms, I couldn’t fault it.

Beautiful place to relax by the mountains and great facilities

The property is the best there is around in that area and only a 15min drive to Thredbo. Great for families and has so many amenities for all whether you have small children, teenage children or a getaway for 2 there is something at the resort for everyone. Whether your a skier or a bush walker this is the place for you.

We had a wonderful time at Oaks Crackenback, our chalet was very nice, view was great. Kitchen was well equipped, lots of space and overall very comfy. 8 year old son enjoyed the golf, archery and pool.

Loved it! In fact loved so much we are going to stay here every time we go skiing. The area is absolutely beautiful and accommodation great.

it was very nice relaxing and quiet. the facilities at the resort was really nice. reception was very friendly and helpful. however, the water heater and water pressure in the studio toilet was lukewarm and low pressure. we did not stay long enough to request fixes with reception.
