Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbus West, OH

The hotel was nice - very clean and seemed like a safe location with plenty of places for snacks nearby. I liked how they sent text messages to confirm checkin/housekeeping/checkout. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was having staff come into my room four times in one day before noon. The first time was a man telling me it was checkout time (I wasn't even leaving until the next day?) and the next three times were housekeepers coming in, despite the hotel text stating housekeeping was every three days. Definitely use your do not disurb sign, or don't plan on sleeping in. Weird experience but overall not the worst place to stay!

Hospitality was definitely lacking unfortunately.

Clean and quiet. Odd driveway seems like you are pulling into another hotels parking lot. Some sinage in the Cul de saq might be helpful. Had to change initial roo. as handicapped room had no way to hang clothes. Staff was vreat and change only took about 5 min.

I was very impressed with the hotel! It was very clean and the staff were very outgoing! I only had one thing that was an issue and I did not bring them to staff’s attention. The computer chair was peeling horribly, it left black specks one my skin and clothes. Other than that the room was great!

It was fine, breakfast was fine. Room was clean, nice bathroom.

The front desk lady was very rude and kept changing the prices per night , it say kids under 18 free but she wanted to charge us a extra 200 for 2 nights I will never stay there again and we were not the only family she did that too, we were here for a cheer competition but she made us very uncomfortable and we had to scramble to find a new hotel,

I guess the room was okay.

Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I travel almost weekly for work. Room was fine enough other than the TV not working, but the staff here is absolutely horrendous. Incredibly rude and just awful. They don’t allow you to bring food into your room, which I’ve never heard of at ANY hotel. They claim it’s because of ants in the building but if they have ants, that’s not the hotel guests problem, that’s the hotels problem and if they won’t get an exterminator then that’s just another thing wrong with the hotel. And when I was told this rule, the front desk employee was absolutely nasty and rude while telling me this, even the other hotel guests that were around at the time told me that it was absolutely ridiculous how he talked to me and treated me. Totally unacceptable behavior towards guests that are paying to stay here.

The service was good when they were at the desk. They need to supply the bigger bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap like other hotels do. I’m glad we had a little with us. We walked to eat and to get ice cream. Other than the small things, it was a great stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel. We stayed here because of the type of hotel and because it was cheap. The hotel is privately owned, but licensed through the Country Inn. The checkin was uneventful and friendly. The hotel was tucked behind a Best Western hotel. Our GPS took us right to it, but it might otherwise not be very visible. The area had other hotels (or apartments?) nearby. The room we had was fine, clean and in good shape. No issues with room or breakfast. No issues with checkout. Some part of the lobby and entrance could use some touch up paint, but that was about it. We didn't check any of the other parts of the hotel. I don't even know if they had a pool or not.

Location is easy to get to close to every restaurant. The hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful. I’ve book twice and will book again in the future.
