Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbus West, OH

The staff were kind and friendly. Every morning, the staff knocked on the door for housekeeping service. That was nice. Expensive for what you get. No vending machine for food or a mini market when you are hungry in the middle of the night. Coffee only at breakfast time. The coffee in the room is not good and is very limited. Older property.

There were mold stains on the ceiling above the shower and one of my towels had a stain on it,. I didn't expect that based on the reviews. Room was serviceable and was only there one night.

Neither Netflix nor Prime loaded - kept getting an error message. The biggest issue was that I heard every footstep from above, which was made worse by the creaking in the ceiling that accompanied that. Luckily the walking stopped around 10:30 pm or else I would have had a very difficult time sleeping

Room was comfortable and adequate. Building seemed to have some minor maintenance issues. Loose baseboards, sticky handrails, stained carpet, hole in wall behind our door. Breakfast-we wished there was a little more variety of hot foods. We did really like the shower. We didn’t see a front desk attendant at checkout or a breakfast attendant.

I stayed with my sons for 4 nights. Pool surfaces are dirty. Hair of the indian staff, found in the clean towels. Room was made daily but no change of bedsheets in 4 days. Terrible.

It was very difficult to understand the reception gentleman and he became frustrated when I asked him questions. Otherwise everything was neat and clean…breakfast was adequate.

We did not care for this hotel at all. Breakfast was not good, the eating area was so hot you couldn't stand to be in the room. We took our food back to our room to eat. The 60 dollar charge for us bringing our 4 year old with us was ridiculous!!! I had to call the front desk to get the lights turned on the pool area, at 9pm . Beds not comfortable at all, they have 6 pending charges on my card, why I don't know. When I ask the desk he tried to say it wasn't them but everyone said the same thing , so now I will have to call my bank!!!

We only stayed 10 hours as we were traveling! A nice little breakfast, everything was clean and no noise from trucks!
