Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbus West, OH

We enjoyed the breakfast. A nice variety of things to choose from. We especially liked the fact that the hotel was so very close to Bob Evans. The hotel had good mattresses and we got a good nights rest before starting our drive the next day.

Went for a weekend away from the children’s hospital so our older kids could swim and do things away from the hospital. At check-in we were charged more for the room than what we booked through hotels.com AND we were charged $20 additional for each person in the room. No where is it stated or posted about this fee. We also had to ask for the pool lights to be turned on at 9 at night when the pool doesn’t close until 10. While eating breakfast, the staff started to teardown the breakfast and not replace things starting at 8:30. Breakfast is over at 9:30. There are signs posted in breakfast area that if food is taken back to room there is an additional fee added to your room. It just seems they try to get as much money out of their guests as much as possible.

Je n’ai pas aimé le faite qu’il n’y a pas des smart TV. Pour nous qui ne parlons l’anglais , il était très difficile de regarder la télé car on ne comprend rien. Sur le smart TH il y’a quand même YouTube et d’autres applications qu’on peut utiliser pour regarder des programmes en d’autres langues . En plus les ascenseurs sont sales.

Breakfast was the worst I have ever seen anywhere. I always looked for a hotel providing breakfast so I was very disappointed at what they had. I will not be booking a Country Inn anymore.

Comfortable beds

Seemed like a ok place nothing wrong with it but nothing really great

Had to pay $.84 cash as a booking fee for using Expedia. I didn’t have cash on me, luckily I found some in my car. The person checking us in was pissed I didn’t have exact change for him even though I didn’t know this fee was a thing. The room smelled musty and gross. Like chemicals, but not cleaning chemicals. Would not waste money staying here.
