Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbus West, OH

The front desk guy was rude and charged us extra for 2 guest instead of 1 in a double room. I booked 3 rooms together and for some reason 1 room showed 2 guest and 2 rooms showed 1 guest. Regardless when you book it doesn’t chatge more till after 3 guest per room. Avoid this place at all cost, they are crooks. Examples in pictures of it doesn't cost more and the front desk clerk lied and charged our card anyways.

The biggest issue is that there are never pool towels out. We went to the pool each day and had to ask for towels every time. The other thing is that the air conditioning in the hotel hallways and lobby was severely lacking. It felt like a sauna every time we left the room. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant, the staff was amiable, and the facilities were perfectly fine.

I reserve the rooms. We had two rooms and everything was perfect. The rose was playing. The beds was great.

Hotel is behind apartments which was differently. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the pillows sick. It was quiet and safe. Breakfast was typical for a free hotel buffet. Shower was hot and expected toiletries were present.

This hotel was difficult to locate... it seems to be hiding behind the Best Western hotel. Hotel was quiet and clean and generally very good, but oddly, nearly every chair I saw was very worn and should be replaced.

The staff was amazing. I left a necklace that was my deceased mothers. She went and made sure it was there and held.it for me till i came and got it. Grateful

The blanket in duvet cover was uncomfortable, lumpy. The bed was comfortable.
