$60 parking fee is robbery. No umbrellas for shade on porch for breakfast. Only one Elevator working!!! Front desk clerk messed up my room telling me it was "released" at 4:30 pm. She obviously needs lots more training. Management straightened out the issue, but it was a frustrating check in process.

Matthew was a wonderful server! Very kind and hospitable!

The hotel is directly on the beach, whilst the majority aren’t entailing crossing a busy road. The staff are warm and friendly, there is a pool and lazy river with a good bar with service to the pool and private beach.

Great location, beautiful atmosphere, our suite was lovely and cleaned each day. Towels were replace daily. Adam the pool attendant and beach attendant was wonderful. Very professional and eager to assist. He provided us with a few restaurant options. Actually we can’t say enough about him. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent as well as the service. Matthew, Rea and one other young man who served our breakfast the 2 days was also excellent. Unfortunately we did not get his name. Perhaps, someone could look up May 15 and 16 staff who served room 706. Overall the entire staff were more than accommodating and professional and pleasant. The bar staff were also amazing . Thank you for a wonderful time.

Convenient, on the beach , had ocean front queen suite. Fourth or fifth time here in three years.

Every time we’re here there is an issue with an elevator needing servicing. We each had massages but my partner was offered extras and none were offered to me and I’m aware there is a charge. They charge you a hospitality charge in the spa in addition to the massage. Robe, cup of tea and orange slices with massage was 800$ for two. They should offer bathrobes in the suites so the woman can be covered after showering.
