Emerald Lake Lodge

Restaurant was excellent, service was top notch. Dinner was superb but very expensive. Breakfast buffet had very good selections but all the so-called hot foods were barely luke-warm. The warming trays they were set out in were totally ineffective at keeping the cooked items hot. The cabins were very poor. Run down, poorly maintained and badly in need of a complete renovation. Definitely not up to standard for the expensive price paid. Wouldn't go there again.

A great place to go and get away from the busyness of your life. Just go and enjoy the scenery and the hotel. The staff are attentive and the dining is wonderful. We've been going for 27 years, and never had anything other than a great meal at their restaurant.

That it’s nestled in the mountains

Fantastic peaceful location, lodge was cosy and warm with view of lake and mountains, food was outstanding in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Exceptional service from Charlie (Thank you) in the bar where the food platters were delicious.

La chambre dispose d’un foyer et le bois est mis à notre disposition. Des peignoirs sont disponibles dans les chambres. Le service de navette est bien organisé (le stationnement est loin des cabines). C’est certain que le site est enchanteur. Le personnel est très gentil.

Les lits sont petits et la literie est raide. Oreillers non confortables. La chambre (cabine) est petite. Aucun wifi dans les cabines (chambres) et aucune télé. Le seul restaurant ouvert est très cher. Rénovations en cours et un resto est fermé. Pour un hôtel en rénovation ET hors saison en plus (le lac est encore gelé et le site tout enneigé rendant la randonnée autour du lac impraticable) je trouve que j’ai payé cher.
