Mazzarò Sea Palace - The Leading Hotels of the World

We, my two adult sons and I stayed for four nights at the Mazzaro Sea Palace…what a wonderful time we had. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms, the setting, the public spaces, the beach…But it’s the people working there that make it so very special! Delilah, Carmen, Mattia, Gabrielle, Lusiana and Elaina are just a few of the amazing staff…there are many more fabulous people, I’m sorry to not remember all their names…I highly recommend the hotel, breakfast is amazing, the bar is great, dining on the terrace is lovely, and relaxing on the beach is divine!

Amazing time and the best staff ever, the manager Rosario was the super helpful and Carina. We had a great time and the hotel is gorgeous with stunning views & in a great location.

What a beautiful hotel - tremendous situation ( for the sea and the town via the very close cable car), lovely room, very good restaurant, excellent facilities but most significantly, exceptionally attentive and pleasant staff. Perhaps the best sea front hotel we’ve ever been to.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Immediately welcomed at front when dropped off and escorted inside to front desk where you are checked in. Very kind and helpful staff. Communication was not an issue as they spoke clear English. Arrived early, room was not ready, however they were able to place our bags in a temporary room in order to freshen up and change. Hung out at the beach and were able to eat, drink, relax and use all other ammenities while waiting for room. Notified via text when room was ready. Very nice room with amazing view from balcony terrace. Room turnover multiple times a day. Beach club and Amarè restaurant were top notch with wonderful and attentive service Amazing stay, will definitely return, and highly recommend

Amazing location, setting, and view. Breakfast was insane. Room was well designed, modern and well appointed. Service A+. We had them do our laundry and they did a great job but we had to take out a mortgage to pay for it.

Everything was amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms. The hotel even prepared a welcome note and small dessert to share because they found out we were on our honeymoon. Every detail was magnificent, from the recently-renovated room, to the food, and especially the setting right on the Mazzaro Bay with private beach loungers and umbrellas. The service was exceptional at all times, the staff were so helpful, and the on-site restaurant, Armonia, was our best meal of the vacation (we returned twice)! We couldn't recommend this hotel enough and can't wait to be back!

We have just returned from 4 nights at this fabulous hotel....location, accommodation, services all top notch, with the added benefit of exceptional staff who go the extra mile as standard....we will be back.

Mazzarò Sea Palace is a very special place. From the moment of arrival to the sadness of departure the staff could not do enough for us. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a magnificent balcony where we could read to the sound of the sea. The food was delicious. The gym had everything needed for a good workout with water, fruit, health bars and even towels in the fridge to help cool down. The hotel’s greatest asset is the staff, all of whom work together to make this hotel a warm, welcoming haven.

Wonderful location … you have to take the boat experiment for your arrival - it’s stunning. The room is newly renovated with a big balcony towards the sea.

Bathroom is a bit small … the staff asked for additional 100 euro for tips ;-(
