Mazzarò Sea Palace - The Leading Hotels of the World

Mazzaro Sea Palace was simply magnificent. From the warm welcome to the beautiful views, the exquisite rooms, the hospitality of the staff…it was perfect. Started our day beachside after we landed early morning. They kept our luggage and we relaxed (slept) listening to the gentle waves of the sea. The view from our room was breathtaking. Beach and pool were equally enjoyable and refreshing. Breakfast was delicious with a wide array of food choices, as well as local flavors to try. At night the sounds of the piano player singing while we had a night cap overlooking the stillness of the sea was so peaceful. What we did not anticipate was the proximity to the cable car which took us nightly to Taormina city center where there was abundant shopping, eating and beautiful sites. We cannot say enough about Mazzaro Sea Palace. Meeting a couple from England who say they come back year after year to Mazzaro Sea Palace, I can see why. We will be back. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!!

The service and attention to detail we got at the Mazzarò Sea Palace was beyond our expectations. Dalila , Joe and come to think about it all the people at the front desk and concierge services made us feel like we were special, important guests and wanted. Never forgetting what we did yesterday and what we were doing today and what will we be doing tomorrow. Beside helping planning our trips they solved every problem we had along the way, we felt like babies enveloped with love and care. Rather exceptional coming from people we didn’t know prior to our stay. I would like to take the opportunity to thank everybody at the hotel who made it so special from the doormen to waiters to maids we couldn’t have had a better service, rare indeed.

An amazing stay at Mazzarò Sea Palace, perfect location in the Bay Area with a short walk to the cable car. A particular mention to Franco and Giovanni the life guards/beach staff who were amazing and so attentive throughout the day! Thank you, you made the difference!

Property was beautiful and staff very helpful. Close to the funicular up to Taormina's center. We tipped the whole trip but realized in the end that the hotel takes a significant amount out for employees.

I've been to Sicily four times and every trip was wonderful but this hotel is by far our favorite! Everything from the food, the room, the views, the location. All get a 10. But what sets this place even further apart from the rest is the service. The people. The most lovely, accommodating and kind staff. They do everything to make you feel like you're having the experience of a lifetime but with all of the comforts of home. Frederica, Karina, Gerardo and the rest of the staff are now family! They treated us with such care and kindness. We are going to miss this place. We can't wait to come back to Mazzaro Sea Palace.

After extensive research and having visited Taormina previously, I chose Mazzarò Sea Palace for our honeymoon, staying 5 nights in Sicily. I had booked through Citi Travel, opting for their concierge services to secure the In-Suite Pool Sea Room, which has a private balcony pool overlooking the water. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I learned that due to a mismatch between Citi’s booking partner and the hotel, the room type confirmed was completely different. After months of planning an international wedding and honeymoon, this was devastating, especially after a long day of travel and little sleep. And here’s where Mazzarò Sea Palace truly distinguished itself. The hotel manager, Delilah, along with her incredible team - Martina, Gioachhino, and Gerardo, immediately stepped in with empathy and urgency. They didn’t treat this as an “inconvenience” (as the booking agencies did), but as something that mattered deeply. Their commitment to making our stay unforgettable went far beyond what was expected. From complete help of moving our bags numerous times, genuine conversations, and small to big acts of kindness; they transformed what began as a low point into one of the most meaningful parts of our trip. By the end, I didn’t just feel like a guest, I honestly felt like I had formed friendships. Leaving was bittersweet, and I can say with certainty that I’ll be back soon, not just for the beauty of Taormina but specifically for the warmth and hospitality of Delilah and her team. Mazzarò Sea Palace is more than a luxury hotel with breathtaking views, it’s a place where you are welcomed every minute with genuinity and kindness, and feel like you're already at home. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Sicily, and I’m grateful to have chosen it for such a special moment in my life.

My travel agent suggested this hotel and I'm so happy she did. It was an amazing stay, rooms were very clean, modern and so comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back.
