I enjoyed the beach and the location... but everything else honestly could have used some work.

They never told us they that we had to call to get or rooms serviced, then when we finally knew we called over 4 times in 8 hour span to get our rooms serviced after we kept coming back to the rooms untouched. We stopped at the front desk to let them know that our son was bit by bed bugs and we would appreciate the sheets and pillows changed.. they took the trash out, changed the sheets but left all the same pillows on a chair in the corner, not even on the bed. I really was hoping to have a beautiful trip but everything was broken or needed to be called about. In one of our rooms, the fan cover fell off, and the other the door mechanism was not working and we were able to walk in and walk out without a card..we asked to be put in the beach tower since we payed for mountain view and they told us that beach towers was $30 per room, per night, and stuck us on the first floor aimed at a building. It was a good trip, but a disappointing trip all at the same time. I wish I would have taken more pictures of the problems but I really just tried to enjoy the trip to the best of out abilities...

We're not ready to leave casino floor yet asked for a little more time and was told no and we had to use the main bathrooms are toilet did not work and called front desk a couple of times I did not get an answer and accidentally fell asleep in the morning told housekeeping about toilet they gave me a plunger to unplug toilet my self

Smoking

the pool and the river. where the main reason for the stay. we also enjoyed the fireworks

our shower had a leak and the air conditioner was weak. we were moved quickly to another room
