Property Notes

Please note that our Leisure Club is closed while we repair damage to the area and will re-open later this year. Our Gym area will still be available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We only accept pets in some of our Deluxe Double Rooms with Sofa Bed. Please inquire for availability before booking. There is a £10.00 per pet per night charge. Our Restaurant will be closed on Friday & Saturday nights during December due to Functions. 24th to 26th December and 1st January there will be limited evening food service. "Festive Celebrations" may be audible during this period. On New Year's Eve our Restaurant is closed and there will be no meals available after 6pm. On New Year's Day our bed & breakfast rates include brunch served from 9am-11am. We hold events and functions at the hotel and party celebrations may be audible at times. A deposit may be required at the property.

Came here for a wedding, lovely venue, staff where great. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Breafast was also very good again staff where on hand to help.

Bar prices are a little high for the area, and only 1 person on bar when the bar was full, waiting a while.

"Great experience"

Everyone was so lovely and helpful, my mum left her hand fan in the bar and they bought it up to the room for her. We would definitely stay here again, it was a shame the pool was being refurbished but we did know that before booking. Would 100% recommend.

"A great break"

Was very easy to locate and looked very inviting. When we walked into reception it felt welcoming and the staff were very friendly. Check in was easy and quick. The room was beautifully arranged and had everything we could need. The whole hotel looked clean and bright and there was nothing to find fault with. The day we arrived there was a wedding and also the next day but we did not hear any noise from these for our stay. They looked really beautiful. The amenities offered were first class, we did not visit the spa but heard good things from other guests conversations. The room had all we needed and some things we were very grateful for. The fan in the wardrobe was excellent as we were there during the heatwave. Thank you to all staff as they were very accommodating to requests from us. We had a great time and would recommend it to others.
