Property Notes

Please note that our Leisure Club is closed while we repair damage to the area and will re-open later this year. Our Gym area will still be available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We only accept pets in some of our Deluxe Double Rooms with Sofa Bed. Please inquire for availability before booking. There is a £10.00 per pet per night charge. Our Restaurant will be closed on Friday & Saturday nights during December due to Functions. 24th to 26th December and 1st January there will be limited evening food service. "Festive Celebrations" may be audible during this period. On New Year's Eve our Restaurant is closed and there will be no meals available after 6pm. On New Year's Day our bed & breakfast rates include brunch served from 9am-11am. We hold events and functions at the hotel and party celebrations may be audible at times. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Would have been ok if the shower worked properly we may as well have camped we had hotel for extra comfort room 78"

Shower wouldn’t work very very hot or freezing cold shower off the Taps very old fashioned maybe trendy in the 80s Room 78 had if they want to check

"More tense and tired than when we arrived"

Was gifted an overnight spa by family for a birthday present. The massage was fantastic and worth every penny. The food was good, can’t complain but the evening menu was very limited and dominated by fish and the breakfast was buffet style. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom fan was excessively loud and cluncky and could not be turned off manually. This is our 3rd stay but I do not think we will be returning. The pool and spa is under refurbishment and completely out of action. The other guests were very loud throughout the night with no challenge from staff. The room below us had a tv at what appeared to be full volume at 4am! Overall despite a lovely massage we’ve left more tense and tired than how we arrived.

Very clean hotel.excellent breakfast

There was work going on at the hotel so the pool was closed. Very hard to order food ad drinks at the bar because there were no staff .when we went to breakfast on the second morning we were told to would be closing soon and it was around 9.20 so we were asked to order straight away . We weren't compensated in anyway for the swimming pool being unavailable. The shower would just flood the floor
