The shower head was broken, the guests above were loud until 2am, very strong smell of marijuana, and they charged me twice for incidentals. Upon calling about the double charged I was told I was wrong they didn’t charge me twice, my bank clearly shows two charges. Hopefully they both fall off after 24 hours.

The room was large. The location was quiet and very convenient. There were lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Good quality for the price. We did online check in and our key was waiting when we arrived. The cleaning staff was very efficient.

"Needs a lot of work"

The hotel looked great on the outside and lobby but the room was very small and not updated. Desk had cigarette burns on it, closet door was broke, light burnt out, remote taped up, tv had only 6 weird channels and stain on carpet. The bathroom was updated and nice. It was clean, just beat up. Heater in first room rattled so asked for a different room and was moved. Get what you pay for, but still!
