"Absolutely Terrible, Run"

This was the most disgusting “hotel” I have ever stayed at. Our entire room smelled like cigarette smoke, was filthy, had mold on the walls, a stained tub and living spiders to boot. The man working the front desk also gave no apologies and said a refund was not possible - could not recommend any less…

Receptionist was ABSOLUTELY rude. The room smelled terrible, there’s condensation inside the room made the mattresses feel damp, the beds were absolutely TERRIBLE. There was cobwebs in the room . Wasn’t expecting anything crazy, but I would have rather have saved my money and slept outside.

While the outside looked nice. Nothing has been done on the inside. Closet door had to be lifted in order to close. The air was so noisy I had to shut it off in order to sleep. The bathroom light also controlled the vent. Which was noisy too. I will be more careful with this Whyndam hotel

My family had an excellent stay. Breakfast and coffee was very good. Kudos to the bacon! Laura at the front desk was absolutely amazing and funny! She helped you when you needed something that was empty or when an extra was needed. Not to mention, the view from my family's room was astonishing. The bathroom was also pretty good. The pool and gym downstairs was AWESOME! I definitely recommend staying at this hotel, after staying at it every single time to visit family.

"Exceptional"

We liked this site because it had a sidewalk in front of it and was walkable. We try to exercise via walking each day and enjoyed walks both evening and morning. We also enjoyed thrift shops in the area.
