Great environment, satisfactory.

Me and all friends booked four rooms and someone opened the door of two of they’re rooms at around 6am

The lift was not working, i was on the 4th floor despite i have fobia though i was later given 1st floor, i damage my shoe walking up to the 4th floor with my luggage, i did show it to the front desk staff.

The hotel room was ok (coffee making facility very welcome), room was comfortable but the lift was out of order. I was on the fifth floor with three bags, so the climb was "interesting". In a hurry to get out again to meet someone in downtown Cologne, I accidentally took the emergency stairs down and found I was trapped, as the emergency door at the bottom was locked! The floor doors were also secured against re-entry (dead knob system). I tried calling the reception from my mobile but there was no answer. I finally got out by - in desperation - going up to the top floor where I found a maintenance area and a thumbturn on the security door. As I exited, the receptionist finally took my call. Stupid mistake by me in the first place, but the locked emergency door situation needs urgent consideration. There should surely be a pushbar or pushpad on such a door nowadays.

Nice and comfortable stay. Bed was slightly softer than usual. The lift was not working, so have to climb the stairs up to the 6th level. Not recommended for those who have difficulties in climbing stairs and bringing large luggages.

Das Personal war net, Zimmer sauber aber ich finde es ärgerlich, dass keiner reagiert, das Aufzug nicht funktioniert (Zustand beim Check-in so getroffen und 5 Tage später nach dem Check-out so gelassen). Man musste ein großes Koffer auf 5. Etage über Treppen tragen.

I always like the people they’re so helpful messages really quick back! This is the first time I had a single room and it was not nice than a double room but it was ok for 2 nights

Room was good and clean. Unfortunately elevator was broken; also hotel parking is limited and very tight. Overall not bad but a little expensive for overall condition and feel of hotel.

Stay was very comfortable

Elevator was still not working, their response was the repair man would be there within an hour, it never worked in the two weeks we were there in April/May and still a no go in October! Internet only works for a couple of minutes at a time.
