that it was close to places to eat and drug store. FYI the Japanese restaurant next door was so GOOD

rooms not cleaned properly apparently they don't check drawers and shelving very well and the breakfast was just as embarrassing. Also place had some weird random out of no where smells. When 1st walking in it smells like a swimming pool but there's no pool, upstairs smells like musty and cigarettes and randomly Bug bombs/spray. Can hear every stomp and door slam while the guests (construction companies) yelling and work meeting before 7am and disgusting vulgar language. Photos are items left behind NOT Mine are Sexual enhancement items (as nicely I can be calling the items)

Was not up to our expectations. Ended up at Shoney's

A little more breakfast selections ... eggs, bacon, grits Refrigerator in room 120 was not working

Price was a lil high for the quality of room. Could've been worse, could've been better.

Location was decent.

NO ELEVATOR! Extremely loud, people going in and out all day, early in am (5:30)and late at night (midnight)slamming doors. Smell of weed in the hallways. No help with taking luggage up stairs. Room was dirty, dingy and flooring peeling. Had to go all the way downstairs for ice. Seems like a place for workmen and I didn't feel safe as a female traveler with men hanging out all around. Charged $45/night for pet fee!! Robbery at a crappy hotel.

Only one small trash can no microwave no refrigerator the tv barely worked ,not many breakfast options ,had a pool water smell threw out

Housekeeping is always done and the rooms are really clean with fresh towels, washcloths and hand towels daily. Front desk staff is friendly and accommodating for anything you might need. Breakfast is always good waffles you can make with syrup, butter and whip cream available. There's also boiled eggs, bagels and yogurt. There are some cute little birds outside which is comforting and relaxing. The manager is very nice and always ready to help if you need something. This hotel is always a good stay for me and I will continue to book here.

I wanted to leave a special review for Annette at Microtel. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, Annette made us feel valued and appreciated. She has such a warm spirit and positive attitude that truly stands out. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was pleasant and comfortable during our stay. And I have to say — she also has absolutely beautiful hair that somehow matches her beautiful personality perfectly. 😊 Microtel is lucky to have someone like Annette representing them. Thank you again for your kindness and outstanding hospitality!
