My stay here was great! Annette F. At the front desk was so kind and helpful. I visited while hiking the Appalachian Trail and had to stay just a little longer than I planned for due to an injury and Annette and the staff were so sweet and accommodating!

Nastiest carpet I ve ever seen at a hotel all kinds of stains that look like they were they cleaned…the fix springs cover or whatever it was looks like it had mold and sheets had hairs all over them

Staff was generally welcoming and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Good shower pressure and hot water. Coffee available all day.

Breakfast was very basic the first two nights of our stay, then we got some yoghurt available. The Internet didn't work well during our stay. The hotel never replied to our inquiry about pet fee (sent about 2 months before our arrival) and then we learned at check-in that the charge is $45 per night for our medium sized dog (which is almost the rate for the room we stayed in).

The rooms need upkeep. Toilet running, wear and tear on the furniture, bathroom shower clog wither water not draining. The price of the rooms change for more.

Super helpful staff, Annette F. printed out my Smokies hiking permit and the cleaning crew giving me clean towels! They even have special towels for dirty hikers! Super comfortable queen bed and Mountain View.

on the same hallway as pet friendly rooms where dogs were parking late at night, shower leaking, bathroom light would not turn off, no elevator
